After the shock wore off, Beomgyu slouched down, the pain of losing his twin weighing down on him. Kai helped to treat the wounded, shifting the bullets into air. Chaeryeong was pale from blood loss but insisted she was fine. Taehyun had fallen asleep, weary from all the energy used. The grey storm clouds hung in the air stubbornly, a reminder of what had just happened. The moment he regained some strength, Beomgyu had gone out searching for his brother, but it was obvious. He was gone.

They all passed out in the cave, only to get up hours later and aimlessly wandered around, unsure of what to do next. "We need to find Soobin," Taehyun said with determination, and Kai nodded. "They'll probably keep him at a military base nearby, so we just need to find one." "Where are we even at?" Jisu asked. Shrugging, Taehyun replied, "No idea, so I'm just gonna say, this is going to sound crazy, but we need to find a human town." Everyone had the same "are you insane?" look on their face, but Ryujin nodded after a while, "We can find our bearing that way, you know, figure out where we are." Taehyun sighed, "Okay, let's do it."

That was easy enough. Except when they saw the posters all over. Jisu studied one. "We're wanted now," She said easily. And it was true. Yellowing wanted posters, like those you see in a movie, adorned a brick wall, and horrifyingly, their faces were on some of the papers.

"Wow, they did a terrible job of capturing our likeness. My nose looks bad," Kai remarked, scrutinising his wanted poster. Taehyun huffed, "Well, at least we know where we are. There's probably an information centre near here, we need to get a map."

"Wait, so you're gonna stroll into a shop, where they have people who would recognise you and ask for a map?"

"Do you have another idea?"

Everyone was silent.

As Taehyun went off to purchase a map, Jisu nervously looked around. "There are people staring at us," She mentioned, "Should we do something?"

Yeonjun's eyes flashed murderously. "We could kill them."

"Or, we could just leave," Kai offered.

Taehyun ran back to them, with a hoard of humans running behind him.

And they did exactly what Kai said.

"Did you tell the entire town we were here?" Yeonjun spat out angrily.

"At least I got a map?" Taehyun snapped back.

"Bad timing guys," Jisu said.

"Yeah, you can go back to being mad at each other later but right now can we focus?" Ryujin suggested.

"Let's break a window," Kai said eagerly.

"What? No!"

They broke a window.

"Aha," Chaeryeong said triumphantly. The glass began to clump together, then spread out in a sheet to protect them from bullets. They were getting sick of those.

"Do all humans own guns?"

"Apparently so."

"Run to the-"

"-forest?"

"Yeah."

"Okay."
