Lol so my initial idea was to have all ten stay at the base, but then after soon thinking I decided that if I were in their shoes, and I had so much I had left behind, my family, my friends, my education, my life, I would not be able to give it up. But I know some of you probably wished they all stayed together, so I wrote a short snippet of how it would have gone if they had all stayed.
"Well? Yeonjun asked Taehyun, his voice surprisingly soft and patient. "I'll stay," Taehyun confirmed, the warm sunset colours washing his skin orangey and glowy. Yeonjun grinned widely, "That's all ten of us. That's great. That's...that's really great."
"Yeah...thanks," Taehyun managed out.
As the two walked back into the base, Jisu looked anticipating and anxious. Her expression seemed to ask "Did you managed to convince him?"
Yeonjun gave a happy, hearty laugh, "Yeah, he's staying. We're all staying."
Jisu's features melted into a relieved, grateful expression. "That's wonderful."
"It is," taehyun agreed, feeling so so at home.
