DEREKS POV
That new kid was trouble. He's been here for one day and word is he's a stoner and an alcoholic. I was walking to Amelia's locker room meet her to leave for home. Liz was staying at school for something so I just had to drive Amelia and Owen home. I watched her come out of her accounting classroom talking to that kid. She walked over and looked confused.
"You look pissed," She said.
"Don't talk to that kid," I said.
"I mean I wasn't really," she said, "he's just in my accounting class."
"I'm serious Amy he's trouble," I said.
"Okay," she said, "no need to freak out."
"I'm serious," I said.
"Derek okay," she said.
"Hey," Owen said.
"Hi," Amelia smiled. She was so bubbly and excited when she was with him. It was adorable. I was glad she found someone.
"You both ready?" I asked.
"Yeah," Amelia said as she closed her locker.
AMELIAS POV
I grabbed Owens hand and smiled.
"How was your day?" I asked as we started to walk to Derek's car.
"It was good what about you?" He asked.
"It was good, yeah," I said.
"Did you have any tests today?" He said.
"No, did you?" I said.
"Just english," he said.
"Was it easy?" I asked.
"Moderately," he chuckled.
"Well that's good," I said.
"What are you doing after school?" He asked.
"Do I ever have plans except for with you?" I chuckled.
"Perfect so that means you can come over," he said.
"Sure does," I smiled.
"Do you have a lot of homework?" He asked.
"Just biology and accounting," I said, "you?"
"Spanish and history," he said.
"Okay," I said. We got in Derek's car and Derek was glued to his phone.
"Hey buddy you gonna drive?" I said.
"Shut up give me a minute Amy," He chuckled.
"Who are you texting?" I said and grabbed his phone.
"Who's Meredith?" I asked.
"Shut up give it back," he said.
"Drive," I chuckled, "is she your girlfriend?"
"No," he said as he pulled out of the parking lot.
"Is she pretty?" I asked.
"Yes," Derek said.
"What about Addison?" I said.
"Shut your mouth," he said.
"Shut your mouth," I mocked.
"Owen is your sister annoying like Amelia?" Derek chuckled.
"Yes," Owen chuckled, "very."
"Glad to know Amelia isn't the only one," Derek chuckled.
"Hey!" I pouted.
"You're very annoying," Derek chuckled.
OWENS POV
Derek drove us home Amelia had her head on my shoulder. I kissed her head and he pulled into her driveway.
"Amy can you like maybe come back before dinner?" He chuckled.
"Sure," Amelia said. We got out and walked over to my house. I unlocked the door and Megan was in the kitchen baking.
"Amelia!" She smiled and hugged her.
"Hi Megan, nice to see you too," I said.
"Shut up," Megan said.
"Hi Megan," Amelia chuckled.
"Can you bake with me?" Megan asked.
"Sure," Amelia said as we walked into the kitchen together.
"What are you making?" I asked.
"Cookies," Megan said.
"Is mom at work?" I asked.
"Yeah, she said she should be home in 20 though," Megan said.
"Okay," I said.
"Owen you wanna help?" Amelia asked cutely.
"No," I chuckled, "but I will because you're cute." I walked over and kissed her before helping them make cookies.
"How long do they take?" I asked.
"Around 20 minutes," Megan said.
"Okay," I said.
-
Amelia and I were upstairs doing homework together. She was laying on my bed and she was so cute. I was sitting at my desk watching her. She was adorable when she was focused. She really was.
"Owen," Amelia said.
"Yes?" I said.
"You're cute," she giggled.
"So are you," I said. Her phone buzzed and she looked at it and rolled her eyes.
"Who is it?" I chuckled.
"That new kid, I think his name was Ryan. He's in my accounting class and god he's so annoying," she said.
"I heard he's an alcoholic," I said.
"Really?" She said.
"I mean that's what I heard," I said.
"Well he's still annoying," she said, "he keeps asking me for the homework."
"That's annoying," I said.
"Yeah," she said, "Callie thinks he's the cutest boy in the world, second to Mark Sloan of course."
"Do you?" I said.
"Do I what? Think he's cute? No," she laughed, "he's so annoying."
"Okay," I said.
"Are you jealous of him?" She laughed, "Owen."
"I'm not," I chuckled.
"Oh my god you are!" She laughed and got up. She wrapped her arms around me and kissed my cheek.
"You have nothing to worry about," She said, "I love you, and for the record he's not even cute."
"Okay," I nodded.
"No need to be jealous," she said and kissed me.
"I know," I said.
"Okay," she smiled, "are you almost done with your work?"
"Yeah I'm done," I said.
"Yay," she smiled.
"What do you want to do?" I asked.
"I don't know," she said, "up to you."
"We could watch a movie," I said.
"Okay," she smiled. I got up and laid down next to her on my bed and we put some random movie on. She cuddled into me and I smiled. I was so in love with her. She looked up at me and smiled.
" I love you," she said.
"I love you too," I said and kissed her. She smiled at me and I crashed my lips into hers. We started making out and we both sat up as the kiss got deeper and I grabbed her face and brought her close to me. I heard my door open and we both stopped and froze.
"Owen," my mom chuckled. Amelia looked at me with wide eyes and I chuckled.
"Hi mom, how was work?" I said.
"It was good, how was school?" She asked.
"It was good," I said.
"You know the door is supposed to stay open," she chuckled as she walked out. I looked at Amelia and she looked so embarrassed.
"Is your mom mad?" She asked cutely.
"She's not mad Amelia," I chuckled and kissed her.
"She seemed mad, she's so nice to me I don't want to make her mad," she said innocently.
"She's not," I chuckled, "don't overthink it okay?"
"Okay," she chuckled.
"Okay," I chuckled and kissed her again.
