I'm kinda running out of ideas I'm sorry if this is bad :(

timeline: 2 months later

AMELIAS POV
It was almost spring break, which I was excited for. I've been doing a lot better, mentally and academically. My grades are so good right now, I'm happy, I'm healthy, and I've gained all my weight back and a little extra. Doctor Webber and Wallace told me I'm doing really well. I've kept taking my medications and I feel fine. Spring break starts tomorrow, and I'm so happy. My mom wants to take a trip to LA to the beach and UCLA to see Nancy, and I don't really want to go, but she told me Owen can come with us so. I already packed my bag because we were leaving tomorrow after school.
"Window," I texted Owen. I opened my window and he did the same.
"Hey," he said.
"Hi," I smiled.
"Have you already packed everything?" He chuckled.
"Yes," I said.
"You're too cute," he said.
"Oh come on you definitely have everything packed too," I chuckled.
"I do," he chuckled.
"I'm excited," I said.
"Me too," he said, "it's going to be fun."
"Yeah, as long as my mother doesn't embarrass me the entire time," I chuckled.
"But it's funny when she does," he chuckled.
"Shut up," I chuckled.
"So we're leaving right after school tomorrow?" He said.
"Yes," I said, "and then we'll drive to LA, probably go to dinner with Nancy, and then chill at the hotel and do the beach the next day."
"Sounds good to me," he said.

the next day
We were leaving for the beach now! I was excited. Honestly I kinda didn't like LA because of my past, but it didn't matter now, I was so healthy now that I wasn't going to let my past drag down my momentum now. The five of us were sitting in the car and I was sitting next to Owen. I put my head on his shoulder and he put his arm around me. I felt him kiss my head and I smiled.

I opened my eyes and I guess I fell asleep during the car ride.
"Nice of someone to wake up," Derek chuckled.
"Shut up," I said and sat up.
"Hey," Owen chuckled.
"Hi," I said and pecked his lips.
"Amelia were about 10 minutes from the hotel room," My mom said, "we're going to drop our stuff off and then go see Nancy."
"Okay," I said and rubbed my eye.
"You missed a mad show down of the license plate game between Owen and Derek," Liz chuckled, which was a game where you counted how many different state license plates you could fine.
"Which was the farthest one you saw?" I said and looked at Owen.
"New Jersey," he said.
"Really?" I said.
"Yeah it was the car in front of us for a while," Derek said.
"That's cool," I said and pecked Owen's lips.
"Yeah," Owen said.
"Can I go back to bed?" I chuckled.
"No were 10 minutes away do you listen?" Liz chuckled.
"Okay my bad," I chuckled and leaned into Owen. He adjusted his arm around me and kissed my forehead. The ten minutes went by and we got to the hotel room. My mom gave Derek the key car because we had adjoining rooms. My mom and Derek were sharing one room and Owen, Liz, and I were sharing the other one. I opened the door and ran over to the bed.
"Amelia were not sleeping," Liz chuckled.
"I want to," I pouted.
"You're so lazy," Owen joked and laid down next to me.
"Sleep on the floor," I joked and nudged him.
"Shut up," he chuckled. I snuggled into him and he wrapped his arms around me.
"Okay we're leaving grab whatever you need," my mom said.
"Ugh," I said and looked at Owen. I grabbed my phone and sunglasses and Owen did the same and the five of us walked downstairs to the lobby. If we're being honest I didn't want to go see Nancy but I get to go to the beach tomorrow and I get to spend a few days together with Owen.
OWENS POV
We were at UCLA and I could tell Amelia was not having it but she was doing a decent job at trying to show interest in Nancy's life. Nancy was giving us a mini tour of the campus. It was really good campus and she seemed happy here, but I know Amelia kinda resented her sister.
"She's so annoying," Amelia whispered as we were walking somewhere on campus for dinner.
"She's being nice," I said.
"She's so stuck up," Amelia said. I chuckled and squeezed her hand.
"Mom you would adore this coffee place around the corner!" Nancy smiled.
"Disgusting," Amelia said.
"Oh come on, you can sleep when we get back to the hotel," I said and nudged her.
"Fine," she said reluctantly and we walked over to the coffee cart. I stopped in front of Amelia and she smiled.
"Hi," she giggled.
"Hi," I said. I leaned down and pecked her lips and she smiled.
"Nancy nobody cares about the stupid coffee cart I'm hungry," Derek said.
"Fine," Nancy said and we walked into the dining area.
"You're welcome," Derek said as he looked at Amelia.
"Yeah yeah," Amelia chuckled.
AMELIAS POV
We were back in the hotel room. I was cuddled into Owen watching TV and he was doing something on his phone. He ran his fingers through my hair and kissed my forehead. I looked up at him and ruffled his hair with my fingers.
"Hey," I said and ran my thumb over his cheek.
"Hey," he said.
"I love you," I said.
"I love you too," he said.
"Amelia can you be gross somewhere else?" Liz said and threw a pillow at Owen and I.
"Shut up," I said and threw the pillow back at her. I giggled and leaned up and kissed him softly. He rubbed my back and I snuggled into him. We flipped through the channels until we eventually fell asleep in each others arms.
