OWENS POV
Today was my first day of senior year. I sat up and looked over at Amelia who was passed out next to me. This was going to be a struggle to wake her up.
"Hey Amelia," I said like I did most mornings.
"No," she groaned and pulled the covers over herself.
"Come on," I said excited, "it's my first day of senior year and the first day of your junior year. You're not excited at all?"
"No I want to sleep," she mumbled.
"Ameliaaaaa," I complained. She rolled over and looked at me.
"You're annoying when you're peppy," she said, "like April."
"Shut up," I chuckled. She sat up and looked at me.
"Good morning grumpy," I said.
"Good morning peppy," she said. I kissed her and that always made her smile.
"There you go," I said. We both got up and she walked over to my closet. We basically live at each other's houses so we each have clothes at each.
"Should I wear a dress?" She yawned.
"Yeah," I said.
"This one?" She said and held up a blue sundress.
"I like that one," I said.
"I know," she chuckled and we both changed. We walked downstairs and my mom was making breakfast.
"First day of school!" My mom smiled.
"Mom nobody is excited," Megan complained.
"Owens excited," amelia joked and sat down next to Megan.
"Why?" Megan said.
"That's what I'm saying," Amelia said. The doorbell rang and I figured it was Carolyn to take first day of school photos.
"I'll get it," Amelia said and got up. A few minutes later she came back with her mom.
"Mom we don't have to have a whole photo shoot," Amelia said.
"Oh yes we do!" Evelyn said.
"Mom," Megan complained. It was kinda funny how similar Amelia and Megan were. Sometimes they were the same exact person. We all smiled for our mothers and then the doorbell rang again.
"That's my ride," Megan said.
"Nathan?" Amelia said.
"Maybe," Megan chuckled and ran out the door. I grabbed my keys and looked at Amelia.
"You ready?" I asked.
"Yeah," Amelia said.
"Have a good first day!" Our moms smiled. We walked out to my car and Amelia and I got in.
"So is Megan dating Nathan again?" I asked, they dated in 8th grade, broke up in the beginning of freshmen year, and stayed friends.
"I'm not allowed to say," Amelia chuckled.
"Oh come on," I said.
"She'll get mad at me," Amelia chuckled.
"So?" I said, "she won't know you told me." We started driving to the school and Amelia sighed.
"Okay fine, they're getting back together," Amelia said, "but you can't tell anyone! You can't tell your mom or anyone she trusted me!"
"I won't," I said and parked the car. I leaned in and kissed her passionately.
"Ready for your last first day?" Amelia said.
"Yes," I smiled.
"You're so cute," Amelia said.
"Well look at you," I said. She blushed and I smiled as we both got out of the car. I grabbed her hand and we walked into the building.
AMELIAS POV
Junior year. Wow it came quick. Owen and I have been dating for almost 3 years. That's crazy. He's the love of my life. He really is. He's so excited for today, it's rather cute. Me, on the other hand, not so excited, but that's okay. I walked to my first class and Owen and I parted ways. I probably wouldn't see him and my friends until lunch since they all had senior classes. I have been so much better with my health these past two years. I'm thankful I'm alive, I'm thankful I didn't die. I would have missed so much. I take my meds every morning and I feel fine. I continued therapy with Doctor Wallace for about a year after and it kinda faded out after I started improving. I still do talk to him every once in a while just to check in and keep him updated.

I was walking down the hallway to the cafeteria and I saw Megan making out with Nathan in the hallway. I chuckled as I walked past them.
"Amelia!" I heard. I stopped walking and turned to see Megan.
"Don't tell Owen," she begged, "please."
"I won't," I chuckled.
"Okay," she said. I walked into the cafeteria and saw Owen and my friends. I sat down next to Owen and pecked his lips.
"Hey," I said.
"Hey," he said, "how's your day?"
"Good, how's yours?" I said.
"Pretty good," he nodded.
"That's good," I smiled. April came running over and sat down. She was still so peppy. So fucking peppy.
"Senior year!" She smiled.
"April," Callie said, "take it down about 3 levels."
"I agree," I said and Callie high fived me.
"Oh my god who is that?" April said. The five of us looked and there was a boy walking into the cafeteria, definitely a senior or junior.
"That's Matthew taylor," Jackson said, "he's in my gym class."
"Hes hot," April said.
"Oh my god you moved on from my brother?" I joked and everyone laughed.
"Is he coming home from college anytime soon?" April joked.
"No," I lied, he was coming home this weekend but I wasn't going to tell her that.
"Remember when you were obsessed with Mark?" Owen chuckled and looked at Callie.
"You know what? I miss him, he looked like he was sculpted right from god," Callie said.
"He goes to the same college as Derek," I chuckled.
"Can I come visit with you?" Callie begged.
"Me too?" April begged.
"I don't even visit," I chuckled.
"Well we could," Callie said.
"We would have to get on a plane," I laughed.
"Just let me know when they come home," Callie chuckled.
"Will do," I laughed and looked at Owen.
OWENS POV
We were walking to my car and my last first day was over. Crazy. Time flies. Amelia got in and we put our bags in the back seat. Before she could say anything I leaned in and kissed her passionately.
"I love you," I said.
"I love you too," she said as we started making out. I felt her hands on my chest and I chuckled.
"You want to do it in the school parking lot?" I laughed.
"It's not like we've never done it in your car," she said and bit her lip, which was so tempting.
"Amelia I don't know," I said.
"There's like nobody in the parking lot," she said. I looked at the backseat and then back at her.
"Okay," I said.
"Really?" She said.
"Yeah," I said.
"Wow I didn't think that would work," she laughed. We both got in the backseat and started making out as I unzipped her dress.
