<TRIGGER WARNING>

CAROLYNS POV
I was in shock. She was lying in her own blood.
"CALL AN AMBULANCE!" Derek yelled.
"Amelia!" I said and ran over to her. She cut her wrists.
"Derek get me towels or something she can't lose anymore blood," I said frantically.
"Mom what do we do?" Liz said panicking.
"Call 911!" Derek said and gave me towels and I tried to wrap her wrists to stop her from bleeding.
"Mom?" Derek said.
"What?" I said crying.
"She took pills," he said.
"Is the ambulance coming?" I cried.
"Yes!" Liz said.
"What do we do?" Derek panicked.
"Take the bottle it could help the EMTs," I said.
"Okay," he nodded. The paramedics came and took her away in an ambulance and we followed them in my car to the hospital. I was so worried about my baby girl.
OWENS POV
I was laying in my bed staring at the ceiling. I missed Amelia. Oh my god I missed her so much. I then heard sirens. Ambulance sirens. I shot up and looked at my window and saw the ambulance pull up to Amelia's house and rush inside. I felt my heart stop. What happened?
"MOM," I yelled and ran downstairs where her and Megan were watching from the window.
"What happened?" I said scared.
"I don't know they haven't come out yet," my mom said.
"Oh my god," Megan said.
"What?" I said.
"Amelias on the stretcher," Megan said.
"Oh my gosh," my mom said and hugged us.
"W-what happened?" I started crying.
"Owen how are we supposed to know?" Megan said.
"Not now with your attitude!" My mom said.
"Can you call Carolyn?" I asked.
"Yes I will in a little while okay? I'm sure they are going to be busy with whatever happened, but the paramedics are so well trained that I'm sure everything will be okay," My mom reassured and hugged me.
CAROLYNS POV
The three of us were in the waiting room. The doctors pumped her stomach and stitched up her cuts and bandaged them. Amelia was admitted to the psych ward. She's going to freak out when she wakes up. If she does. She has to. She has to wake up. She's my baby girl. Why would she do this?
"Is she going to be okay?" Liz asked.
"I'm sure she'll wake up soon, the doctors said she might be unconscious for a little while because of the pills," I said.
"This is my fault, I started it with that stupid fight," Derek sighed.
"This is not your fault okay?" I said.
"Yes it is," Derek cried, "I was supposed to protect her and I did the complete opposite."
"Lets just hope she wakes up okay?" I said, fighting not to cry.
AMELIAS POV
I opened my eyes and it was so bright in my room, and white. Heaven? No a hospital. I looked around the room and started panicking. I didn't die. All the windows had bars on them. I'm in the psychiatric ward. I'm not crazy. I looked down and my wrists were wrapped and tied to the bed bars. Clever, so I wouldn't hurt myself again. I couldn't get up. My stomach was so sore. I didn't die.
"Hello?" I said and looked around the room.
"Hi Amelia," a Doctor said and walked into the room.
"I'm not crazy," I said, "I'm not crazy I don't belong here."
"Well you gave us quite the scare," he said.
"Us?" I said, "I don't even know you."
"I'm doctor Webber," he said.
"Can you at least untie me, I'm not a prisoner," I said.
"I can, if you promise not to hurt yourself again," he said.
"Well it obviously didn't work did it?" I said. He untied my hands and I relaxed.
"I'm not crazy, I don't belong here," I said.
"Amelia you attempted suicide," Webber said.
"Where's my family? Are they here? Did they leave me?" I panicked.
"Nope, they're in the waiting room," he said, "can I get them for you?"
"Aren't crazy people not allowed visitors?" I joked.
"Thought you weren't crazy," he said.
"I'm not, but you and your staff seem to think I am," I said.
"I'll go get your family okay?" He said.
"Fine," I said. I looked around the room and there was basically nothing in here. Guess they can't put anything in here that I could hurt myself with. There was a small table and three chairs. Bars on the glorious window which had a really nice view of the parking lot, a closet, and a small bench by the window. My door opened and it was my family.
"Amelia!" My mom started crying and hugged me, "oh my god I love you so much! You had me so scared. Amelia we all love you so much okay?" I hugged her back and I couldn't hold my tears back.
"I'm so sorry," I sobbed, "I'm, I'm not crazy."
"We know that," Liz said.
"I'm so sorry for our fight, I shouldn't have said those things," Derek said as he hugged me, "you're perfect just the way you are."
"I love you," Liz said as she hugged me.
"Me too, I love you so much," Derek said.
"I love you too," I said.
-
Doctor Webber was talking to me which meant my family had to leave. Stupid rule but whatever.
"You didn't eat dinner," He observes.
"Congrats, you want a gold star?" I said.
"You're going to need a feeding tube if you don't start eating Amelia," he said.
"Hospital food tastes like shit," I said.
"The pudding is good," he said.
"Is it? Or are you just saying that?" I said.
"Nope, it's good," he said, "you can have chocolate or vanilla. Or both."
"Both?" I said.
"Whatever your heart desires," he said.
"Sounds good," I said.
"So you'll eat?" He asked.
"Yup," I said. He let my family back in and came back with pudding. Liz was sitting next to me in bed and I put my head on her shoulder.
-
Derek and Liz went back home to get some sleep so my mom was still here with me.
"You have a visitor," My mom said.
"They let the mental patients have visitors?" I said, "crazy huh?"
"He wants to see you," she said. He. He? Owen? I looked up and Owen was standing in the doorway.
"Hey," he said.
"Hey," I said.
