~Eva's POV~

Slowly my eyes fluttered open my body rested well. Squinting my eyes I stretched getting the kinks out before observing where I was, for it definitely was not my room.

So it had not been a dream, after all, I seem to have somehow entered the universe of Vampire Diaries, a bloody TV show I had watched in my world.

Earlier when the storm wept me away from my home I had thought it was just a mere dream or a hallucination, And added with the exhaustion riding my being the severity of the situation had escaped me.

But now that I was well-rested I knew it was not that simple.

Getting off the bed I walked towards the only window in the room. It was dark outside, I have slept the day away it seemed.

There were clothes folded neatly on the bed, I assumed it must be of the eldest Salvatore for it looked his style.

More than happy to get out of my heavy dress I collected the clothes and walked to the bathroom.

After the much-needed shower and changing, I stood in front of the mirror observing myself. I looked the same as always, yet something was different.

I did not know, but it almost felt as if I was in peace with myself feeling more comfortable here than in my world.

Saddened and put out by the thought I looked away.

This was not where I belonged, I had to find a way to get back.

This was not my home.

Closing the room door slowly behind me I walked down the stairs arriving at the living room of the house.

"Hello? Anyone home?" I called out when I found out no one was there.

I did not know which episode I had landed in, and I had to remedy that quickly.

Feeling bored I decided to explore to see whether the place looked exactly as it was shown it TV.

I did not go inside the rooms feeling uncomfortable with invading anyone's space but I did peek satisfying my curiosity.

Everything was as shown even that bloody cellar where they put the vamps when they stray. All in all, I could not help but feel giddy, my friend Jessie would have been so jealous. She was the crazy fan after all.

Remembering her name was enough to dampen my mood. I wondered what they were thinking of her disappearance as I moved back to the living room.

Just as I stepped inside the front door opened revealing the Salvatore brothers.

Seeing her standing there they were immediately on alert striding towards her.

"Are you alright?" They both asked at the same time before glaring at each other.

Feeling the tension in the room and confused at the cause of it I cleared my throat slightly trying to defuse the awkwardness.

"Uh, I'm alright. I was just looking around." I spoke replying to their question.

Then for a minute, we all stood there in silence while I inwardly cringed at the awkwardness.

"What is your name?" Stefan broke the silence.

"Eva, Eva King," I replied startled, realizing we have not properly introduced ourselves.

Stefan nodded, opening his mouth to speak. But I was faster.

"So... What happened? How did I end up here?" I asked bringing the conversation to a more important point.

"Let's sit and talk." Stefan proposed before we all moved to take seats.
