~ 30. Elijah Mikaelson & Feelings ~

~Eva's POV~

"What do you want to talk about?" Elena asked sitting down facing me while I feasted on the chicken salad I ordered earlier.

We were at the grill, after unloading information on Katherine in the tomb I chose this place to corner Elena.

"I wanna offer you a deal."

I told her simply not wanting to drag this meeting longer.

"About the sacrifice, what are you going to do about it?"

"I-I don't know. I was actually about to meet you about it. To know what happened with Katherine." She answered frowning slightly before continuing. "What kind of deal do you want to make?"

"Before we get to that you need to know your history," I muttered taking another bite of my food. The only thing I loved remotely closely to mates was the food. They were magnificent.

After listening to what happened to Katherine Elena stayed eerily quiet her breathing erratic and eyes teary as she thought about what was to come.

"Is there no way out of it?" She questioned brokenly looking at me hopefully.

"There is. But you have to do exactly as I say because the consequences will not be pretty." I warned her before getting to the deal.

"Anything, I just want to make sure nobody gets hurt." She whispered.

"I can make sure you and your loved ones will survive this in return I want you to donate me one blood bag each day, and agree to do the sacrifice. But don't worry you will come back to life and not as a vampire, but a human." I told as her eyes widened at the conditions.

"But, Elijah, he told he would kill Klaus." She muttered confusedly.

"Yeah well, let's just he has some ulterior motives," I muttered back evasively while she slumped in her seat evasively.

"What would happen if I did not agree to this?" Elena asked again. Sighing I finished the last bite of the salad before dropping the fork. Taking a sip of my coke I walked t her side and sat down.

"Let me show you," I whispered before bringing my hands to her head.

Elena visibly blanched seeing her aunt Jenna getting sacrificed, then Damon getting bit by a werewolf, Stefan sacrificing himself for his brother's life, and finally, her father John giving his life away for her.

"No!" Elena spat shaking her head rapidly, "I won't let that happen. I could have I let that happen?" She asked tearily while I just gave her a sad smile.

"I'll do it. I'll give you my blood and agree to the sacrifice. Just please don't let anyone die."

I nodded smiling at her assuringly. "Don't worry, you have my word."

After sending Elena home I drove home tiredly. Next, I would have to talk with Elijah, but that would have to wait for tomorrow I bloody exhausted.

"Oh man, I can't stomach this anymore," Damon whined cuddling closer to me, while Stefan had this disgusted expression on his face as he watched the TV screen in barely tolerated displeasure. And all their suffering was my fault.

Early in the morning, I had this awesome idea to watch twilight. And according to this timeline they had only released the first two movies. And my darling mates were seriously hating it but they were enjoying themselves too, throwing insults at Edward and Bella.

"This guy is worse than Stefan on his guiltiest day," Damon muttered again throwing another jab at both the movie and Stefan.

"Don't compare me to him," Stefan growled out still eyeing the TV in distaste.
