~Eva's POV~
It was finally the day, the day I go to high school again. There was a reason I did not fancy attending Mystic High school, they absolutely bore me.
With the way my childhood was spent, begging in the streets one would think I would be more inclined to learn but no, I absolutely hated it.
After I was taken in by the people who came to pick kids out of the street that day, I had everything I needed to do mapped out and this involved extensive learning despite being only a little kid. So by the time I was free I did not have much love for the normal system of education.
My knowledge far surpassed them and now I needed to attend the thing I thought not to. But as a plus point, I was not going to study so, I presume it is going to be tolerable than the one Dad put me in.
I had just finished dressing up in my blue scaled army pants, black crop top, and a white long cardigan when knocks landed on my room door followed by the impatient voices of Rebekah and Caroline.
While Rebekah was still being a little bitchy we have become closer. Now instead of acquaintances, we could be known as intolerable sisters. But Caroline and Rebekah was another story. Except for Caroline's adorable bubbliness both the girls were so alike that sometimes they butt head just for the sake of it.
But still, I've come to love the little dynamic we had between us.
"Eva! Open the door. We are going to be late! You are not still sleeping are you?" Caroline's hurried voice sounded, Rebekah's closely following.
"Are you an idiot? Obviously, she is awake. Use your bloody hearing." The blonded original grumbled and with Caroline's huff of disgruntlement I opened the door having done final touches to my outfit.
A pair of black boots with thick heels and my silver chain. I had my hair in a low ponytail the content divided in the middle.
"Have some patience darlings. I'm all ready to go." I said as I searched for my bag. Despite not going to study I did have to look the part after all.
Getting my bag I turned back to the girls who looked their best. We all agreed on making a good impression, after all, we did need to snag the cold ones' attention.
"Great come now, Kol had been grumbling like a child since waking up. I do not understand what is the need for him to be even present." Rebekah grumbled walking downstairs with us where all the males were waiting for us.
And seeing my mates I forgot everything Rebekah was muttering for the happy fluttering in my heart at their presence was what had my attention.
Nik being the closest got my first kiss, his hands lingering reluctant to let me go as I moved to Damon who immediately hugged me to him holding me tightly.
Next was Elijah his sweet words of care warming my heart and with a kiss to his cheek, I walked up to Stefan before linking my hands with his. Giving a kiss to my forehead he smiled a very un-Stefan-like smug smile making all my other mates give him the stink eye.
It was not only me who was in her whole other world. Despite their relationship being so very new Caroline and Kol were absolutely adorable to watch. Him being very caring and considerate while Caroline smiled shyly at him despite still playing slightly hard to get. And the best part of it was Kol seemed to enjoy her act very much.
Rebekah stood next to Finn whispering something to him under her breath and to everyone's surprise, the man showed a hint of a smile at whatever his sister was saying.
After having our breakfast and in the vampire's case, blood bags Damon had managed to steal from the resident Hospital we were set to go.
"Alright! Let's go shall we." I proposed and everybody nodded readily to tackle our missions.
