~Eva's POV~

Music blared loudly through the speakers while we danced to our hearts content. The vampires had great moves, with both Lexi and me in the middle the Salvatores danced around us. Occasionally exchnaging partners, occationally just doing whatever the hell we want.

After Stefan got his emotions under control Lexi walked in demanding wht happened. When he explained she had very big smile on her face before she too ame and hugged me.

I did not reject after all their hugs were very warm.

Laughter rang through the house, happiness oozing out.

Stefan seemed to enjoy himself the most, his playful self which was not at all portrayed in the TV unless he was ripper Stefan made it's presence known taking us all by surprise.

But we did not dwell on it long reverting back to enjoying the music and dancing the heck out of it.

We were so bloody excited and into it that we did not hear the front door openening or the fuming Elena who now stood glaring at me.

She seemed to be misunderstanding the situation.

"Hi Elena!" I chirped trying to lighten the mood, but her glare only seemed to intensify at the sound of my voice.

'Okay then.' I thought keeping my mouth shut, before slowly moving backwards.

I completely forgot about the Katherine picture incident. While the others were on a stare down for whatever weird reason Elena has formed in her head, my mind contemplated what to do.

To take the picture away fro prying eyes? Or... to let nature take its course? But after thinking for a moment I deided against doing anything.

I did not care about the doppleganger. Except for the Salvatores anyone else was not my conern, at least for now.

'Oh, but will Stefan feel sad?' The brought out an uncomfortable feeling, similar to the unintensional dislike I felt towards Elena Gilbert.

The feelings were inexplainable, as if they were already present deep within me.

Disgruntled by the unsettling thoughts I moved further away from the group, but Damon held my hand preventing me from walking away.

At my questioning glance he just shrugged keeping hold of me. So I stayed still leaning against his shoulder.

"What is going on? Why the hell is she here?" Elena demanded angrily pointing at me. My brows furrowed in a frown at her disrespetful tone. What was wrong with her?

Damon's arms tightened holding me more securely glaring at Elena.

"Whoa, whoa, calm down. Why are you angry?" Stefan asked going next to her.

"Well, how do you expect me to react when my boyfriend is dancing with two strange girls? Specially her!" She exclaimed again pointing at me.

What is with her and her pointing? What the hell did I do? Wasn't Lexi also dancing?

"What is your problem with me?" I asked directly.

"What is my problem with you? Ever since you appeared it's like everything is about you! My brother, my boyfriend even my friend is always bring up your name that I'm sick of it!" She almost shouted something akin to hatred flashing in her eyes.

Taken aback my eyes widened before turning into confusion.

"What is she talking about? It's been like three weeks since I've seen you all." I looked at Stefan for answers. He too looked confused by his girlfriend's words.

"And who is this friend you are talking about? I don't think we've met. Your brother yes, but definitely not your friend." I mumered almost to myself.

"She is talking about Bonnie." Damon whispered.

Ahhh, the witch.

Elena was still glaring at me while Stefan was looking helpless. And I've had enough.

"Alright Elena Gilbert, you are making no sense. I don't see how I'm fault in you earlier accusations. And I'm not obliged to explain my self to you. I've no time to entertain drama, so doppelganger, drop your act of jealousy and think with your brain." I snapped my voice reverbrating with an odd sense of power.

The gilbert girl flinched at my tone while the others looked at me surprised.

"Stefan, deal with your girl." I ordered before walking out of the room.

The Elena gilbert I know from the show and the Elena Gilbert I'm seeing in real life were very different.

Although the former was annoying she was not intolerable, but the later was so disappointing I did not have any good feeling at all.

Stefan really could do better. Maybe he should have got together with Caroline from the beginning. I paused at the thought disagreeing quickly.

Ever since I've come here it's proven to me that the personallities of the characters were somewhat different from what I already know.

So It is better to judge after meeting them in person, and Caroline I've not met.

"Eva wait." Damon's voice reached me making me stop just outsude the door.

"Don't go. Stefan's taking Elena away." He muttered coming to stand next to me.

Not agreeing or disagreeing I asked him, "Let's have a walk?"

He accepted without hesitation before dragging me out.

We decided to walk around the garden basing in the sun. I loved nature, it gave such a refreshing feeling I was always energized.

Damon was quiet like a silent shadow hiding its secrets. Lexi was back and he must be feeling guilt for what he did for her.

But now she has moved on with her new boyfriend. I did not want her to die, for damon to feel guilt or for Stefan to feel sad.

"Please on't kill Lexi." I blurted out before looking at him causiously.

He did not seem surprised why I asked it. Instead he looked at me for a minute before speaking.

"I won't." I said taking me by surprise.

"Really?!" The surprise and delight was evident in my voice.

He sighed, "Yeah, at first I was planning on doing that when I saw her. And with the new vampire running around I thought she was the perfect victim, but seeing Stefan laugh so carefreely today made me cange my mind."

"I hate my brother, but I love him too. Today was the first time since we became vampires that I saw Stefan being so light and happy, and I don't want to take that away from him. And..." He trailed off.

"And what?" I prompted liking that he was expressing his feelings more clearly.

"And, I do not want to make you angry." He said quietly, almost a whisper.

For some reason my heart felt warm hearing his words making me smile.

"You are a good brother Damon." I told him softly squeezing his hand.

"So when are you going to open the tomb? Did you find the witches?" I asked.

"I-I I don't want to open it anymore."

My head whiped towards him, I gaped wondering whether if this really was Damon?
