They could hear me?!
"Nat please tell me what happened"Bruce continued.
I just went silent, i didn't know what to respond.I got up and went to take a shower hopefully Bruce will hear it and back away for a bit.
I walked into the bathroom and stood staring at the mirror and how i looked, the man i was right i am fat i thought to myself doubtfully also looking at my eye i decided the best option was to put some cream on it so it will cool it down.
I then undressed and made my to the shower and stood there and thought about everything that had gone on in the past few weeks and i don't know if i can take it anymore as a few tears trickled down my cheek, i need to hand myself in no matter what so i have to make the time i have last.
The first thing i needed to do is to tell Bruce i don't want to talk about the situation and hopefully he'll understand. I got out of the shower and got changed into some joggers and one of Bruce's sweatshirts which i had a small collection of and then i dried my hair.
Hesitantly i walked up to the door and i could sense Bruce was still there, i unlocked my door and as i did so, he was sat leaning against the door which then lead him to lying on the floor facing up to me.
I chuckled and dragged him in by his arms until i got to the bed and allowed him to get up, i then hugged him tackling him onto the bed so i was on top of him and i decided to play with his curls whilst straddling him.
His hand then went up my face and softly around my eye as he said "Its ok if you don't want to talk about it, just let them know if it happens again i'm going to choke the life out them and never change a shade".
I chuckled back and grabbed his hand and placed his hand around my throat as a joke 👀. Then of course Tony of all people had to come in and as he did he said "What is going on in here?".He laughed but then continued saying "Bruce i was going to ask you for some help on a project but it seems you're a bit busy".He said winking.
"I'll be right there".Bruce replied blushing.
I then got off him and replied saying "See you soon big guy", i said looking down at a specific area to tease him. He just smiled softly back."I Love you"he continued as he walked out the door.
"Love you too" i replied from inside my room, I got away with it this time i thought whilst giving a half smile, i do not deserve this man.
Half an hour later i got bored after started reading a book and decided to see Bruce and to reassure him that the date was still on for tonight.
I walked into the lab and sneaked behind him, whilst covering his eyes, he jumped but then realised it was me, i took my hands from his face as he turned and smiled at me.
"I just wanted to let you know the date is still on for tonight ok?"I said smiling.
"Are you sure? we can always reschedule it"He replied.
Tony overheard and said "I'll pay only if i can come".
"Your not ruining our first date Tony, maybe next time"I replied laughing.
"Damn it"He stated then realised my eye."Nat what happened to your eye?" he said worriedly.
"Ugh nothing" i replied emotionlessly.
"Are yo-".Tony continued.
Bruce cut him off saying "Just forget about it".He replied looking at me.
Tony then went silent.
"See you later"I replied kissing Bruce on the cheek and started walking back to my room.
