"We need to clear up the glass"Bruce stated nervously as he ended the kiss and felt bad.
"You read my mind"i replied smiling at him.He gave me a small smile back.
We went and opened the door to see how bad the damage was and there was three holes in the windshield which meant we couldn't see anything if we drove, we would have to call tony.
I started picking the pieces up on the seats first and carefully placing them in my hand like my hand was a tray then putting the shards carefully in a random box i had, it took us at least 10 minutes to clear up most of the glass from inside as Bruce did the outside there was still tiny pieces of glass on the dashboard but they were impossible to pick up.
Considering i was inside the car by the end my hands were literally shaking they were that cold, i got in the car, then Bruce came in next to me shortly after and put the glass in the trunk of my car, he saw i was literally shaking of cold as i had a thin dress on, he took off his jacket and gave it to me, and i replied "Thankyou".
I got out my phone to call Tony but there was no service.Great!"Bruce there's no service what are we going to do?"I told him sadly because we couldn't see anything as the screen had all shattered.
"Do you know which way the facility is?"Bruce replied.
"Yeah i think so but it's going to take hours if we walk and it's freezing outside".I stated
"So what are we just going to stay here all night?"Bruce said.
"I can't leave my car here"I stated.
He paused for a few moments.
"Do you like taking risks?"He said anxiously.
"It's in my blood"I replied probably knowing what were going to have to do.
I hugged Bruce tightly saying "I love you" fearing for the worst to happen.
"I love you too nat"He said nervously.
I started up the engine and slowly pulled away from the place in which we were parked Bruce held his head out the window to give me directions. We started off slowly and steadily no one barely drives around here anyway so we should be good to go.
We had driven for around 5minutes slowly and steadily we picked up the pace a bit more, as i got my bearings we were basically around the corner from the facility but then then out of nowhere a truck came up speeding behind us.
"Nat you might want to speed up a bit more, there's a truck coming in hot behind".Bruce said worriedly".I put my foot down on the peddle harder but whilst doing so a shard of glass, cut deep in my foot.
I winced out in pain as the best idea was to quickly pull over.I started turning the but the truck carried on driving, the truck then swerved over but hit the side of my car roughly which then lead me to banging my head on the wheel. The next few things i heard faintly were "Nat are you ok?, can you hear me?, please speak to me".My head hurt like hell i could feel the blood gushing from my head, Im certain i have a concussion.
Painfully and slowly i lifted my head up, i turned to Bruce, he was sat there with tears in his eyes looking at me sadly."Bruce my head hurts".I murmured.
"Your going to be ok, c'mon were almost home, you're going to have to walk with me nat"He said then walking out the car and moving over to my side.
There was a massive scrape on the side of the car, so the door was a little tricky to open at first but then he got it open and helped me up as i limped next to him, he picked me up then carried me just a few minutes around the corner, to the avengers facility.
The gates opened as he carried me as quickly as he could and then let me limp next to him inside when we got inside i could see everyone's faces drop.
Steve ran up to us saying "Omg guys what happened?".As he helped Bruce sit me down in the living room. I could feel my head get lighter by the second as two doctors started mending me up.
"Well firstly we got shot at whilst we were in the car so we pulled over as glass went everywhere and got down to the ground luckily Nat had a gun so she got out of the car, i think it was the same person who gave Nat a swollen eye,Nat and the guy were pointing their guns at each other and Nat fired the gun but it jammed he was about to kill her so then i tackled the guy to the ground and choked him death.
The doctors were taking the glass out of my foot but i could barely feel it as my head hurt so much, the bleeding slowed down and they put a bandage around my head.I just lay there in pain, hungry and horny.
"We tried to call you but there was no service so the only option was to clear the shards of glass and drive back here, at first we were doing ok we were slow and steady however a truck came out of nowhere speeding so we had to pick up the pace so Nat started driving faster but the truck was still catching up, so we had to quickly turn but we weren't quick enough so the truck moved over and bashed next to the door that Nat was in and she banged her head. I didn't look at the truck my main focus was on Nat and since we were just around the corner i carried her here and there should be a bashed up car around the corner."Bruce said anxiously.
Bruce then came up next to me as i was lay on the couch, "Bruce i'm so hor- hungry"I said as Bruce chuckled as he knew what i was going to say.
"Ok i'll get you something to eat"He said as he went off to the kitchen as it was now 8o'clock. As he did that everyone came over to me asking if i was alright and i just replied with "yeah i'm fine".
Bruce then came back over to me with some left over pizza that he had reheated, i grabbed the plate off him and started eating greedily, everyone just left me alone as i hated being the main focus and had their own conversations whilst Bruce was sat next to me eating as well.
Tony then realised all the lipstick mark along Bruce's neck and said Bruce what happened to your neck?".Smiling bigly.
"I happened to him"I replied smirking as i could see he was blushing.
"You missed the best bit out of the story."Tony replied patting Bruce on the back.
When we finished i asked Bruce "Do we have any pain killers?"
"I think so i'll be right back", he replied.
He came back shortly with a bottle of water and painkillers, i took them off him and swallowed it quickly with some water, which would die down the pain again.
I was so tired so i sat up as Bruce replied "Woah, woah Nat you need to lay back down".
I replied with "Bruce i want to go to bed"Hazily as i was so tired.
"Ok then".He said helping me up.
