It’s Saturday morning and I was still sleeping soundly when a text message awaken me.
The message was from Matt.
Kumusta na kaya ‘yung dalawa?
Nakahiga pa rin ako nung binuksan ko ang message niya. Napansin kong masyadong mahaba yung message and thought it was a bit odd.
Hindi naman ako nagkamali.
Agad akong bumangon, mabilis na ginawa ang morning rituals ko at nagpalit ng damit.

I just sent a message to Phillip. At least I owe him every bit of information, well except dun sa medyo rated SPG na scenes. Kagabi rin kasi bago kami makatulog ni Daniella, bago ang napaka-epic na umagang ito...
*flashback*
“Patay,” medyo pabulong na sabi ni Daniella.
“Bakit?”
“Hindi pa ako nakakatawag sa bahay,” worried niyang sabi.
“Huwag mo nang isipin ‘yun. I already called Phillip. He said he’ll cover up for you.”
“Anong sabi niya?”
**phone conversation between Matt and Phillip**
“Where are you right now?” yan ang unang tanong sa akin ni Phillip
“Nasa hotel kami,” I replied. “Bumabaha na talaga rito. We’re stuck here.”
“Okay, okay. I understand. So you two are in two separate rooms, right?”
“Well,” I hesitated. “We wanted to but there’s only one available room left.”
“Let me make this clear,” tumikhim pa siya. “You and Daniella are staying in the same room tonight. Tama ba?”
“Yes,” I quickly replied.
