I hissed as I felt rays of sunlight penetrate through my closed eyelids.

"Who the fuck?" I mumbled as I turned to the other side.

I heard footsteps then I felt something heavy land on me. My eyes flew open as my breath was knocked outta my lungs.

I opened my mouth to talk just for hair to enter my mouth. I pushed Zee off as I spit out the hair in my mouth.

"I feel violated" I mumbled as I turned to the other side to keep on sleeping.

I heard her smack her lips and then suddenly, my comforter was ripped off me.

"Wake yo ass up" she said. "What the hell do you want?" I asked, opening my eyes.

"It's too early for all this shit" I said and closed em back.

"Early? It's 11am" she said. "And?"

"We going house hunting" she said.

"No we not. I feel dead" I said. "You look dead too" she laughed a lil but covered it up with a cough.

"But I'm gon' make you look good so just get the fuck up" she said, pushing me a lil.

"No" I groaned. "I wasn't asking" she said as she pushed me off the bed.

"Go take a shower. We gon' be hella busy"

"You like it?" Zee asked as I snuggled deeper into my sweatshirt. I shook my head and the real estate agent sighed.

"Well we have another house but it may be a bit overbudget"

"You wanna see it?" She asked. I looked at Zee from the top of my sunglasses and she nodded so I nodded too.

We went over to the next house. It was really nice. I liked it. I could tell Zee did too because she couldn't stop squealing 🙄

"It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms" she said as she took us on a tour.

"You like it?" The woman asked and we nodded. "What the price?" I asked.

"It's roughly about $61,000" she said. 61?

"Can you give us some time to talk?" Zee asked and she nodded. "Of course". She left the room.

"$61,000 is way outta budget" I said the same time Zee said "We getting the house"

"What?" I asked. "I got some money saved up. We getting the house" she said. "Are you sure you wanna spend your money like that? I mean..I appreciate it but don't you have to spend on yourself too?" I asked.

"And I am. Seeing you happy makes me happy. You my best. I got you" she said.

"Thanks mane" I smiled and gave her a hug.

"So we really getting a house?" She asked in disbelief. "Mane I feel so grown" I said.

"I can't wait to move in" she said as she walked towards the door. "Whatchu mean?" I asked. "Bitch I'm pitching in. This my house too. Fuck you think I was gon' do?" She asked and left.
