Theresa looked at what the boy wrote (with a mechanical pencil, no less) on the piece of paper that was on the desk, with many more beneath. Due to her height, she couldn't really read it properly, and so she decided to just hop onto her chair and waited for him to finish writing. Around 3 minutes later, the boy slid the written paper to Theresa, before he continued writing using a fresh piece of paper. She proceeded to read the paper given to her.

'I'm sorry for lying to you, first of all. It wasn't really from the Honkai Eruption that occured back at Europe 11 years ago. I had it since birth. At least, that's what my dad told me once. He told me that it was a blessing that I had it, but I'm not sure if it really was. Oh yeah, my dad. I don't know what happened to him, honestly. I was split away from him when I got unconscious-- oh wait, I haven't told you how he looked like. Sorry, let me just do that first.

Okay, based from my very vague memories, he looks. . .'

The more she read the paper, the more an image formed inside her mind. In it, she imagine his father with shaggy, dark blonde hair and tired looking blue eyes, but had a kind smile on his face every time the boy was held in his arms. She was shocked at how he was able to very descriptively retell the looks of his father, despite his claim of having vague memories, and then. . .

'And with that out of the way, let's, go to my mom.'

This made Theresa interested, as she continued reading, not noticing another paper slid towards her.

'I don't truly know what happened to my mom. I've never met her, nor did anyone mention about her. Dad said she died giving birth to me, which I'm not sure anymore. Did someone kill her? Did someone take her away? I wonder it now. But she gave birth to me, so that's what matters I guess. He said that she had a curse that was passed to me, but he didn't know when it'll pop up. He just told me that I have it in my body and it's just a matter of when. But he always eased me soon after by always being kind and such, even though he was rather very protective of me.

And with that, I will tell you everything from start to finish on how the veins appear, and how I lost my voice. You don't mind if it's told from a First Person Perspective now, don't you?'

That was the whole paper's worth of writing, which surprised Theresa. The boy's linguistic was impressive as she put the paper down and noticed another one.

"Is this the one?" She asked the boy, who was writing. He looked up to Theresa and immediately nodded in response. She grabbed the paper and began to read through it.

Story telling begins here

It felt like a normal Sunday. I mean, why wouldn't it? No school, everyone is free of burden, such and such, so and so. That's great. It's great!

Correction. It was great.

There, I woke up like usual as I rolled out of my bed, pretending that I was a tiger. I always liked to impersonate a tiger, y'know. Pounce, roaring, the such. I love tigers for a reason. But that's not the point I want to relay. You came to read a story about a boy's past, so here you go.

"Max! Awake already?" My dad called out outside of the room. My room was decorated with a paradoxical mix of texts and pictures of present and past items that would make you wonder if I was really a normal child, or an autistic child who loves history a little too much.

"Yeah! Just a minute! Need to do some, uh, exercise! Yeah, that!" I called back, before I flipped the blankets properly while humming a song. What song it was, I can't remember anymore. But it doesn't matter in any way. After doing this and that (because I honestly forgot), I opened the door, and slowly peeked through the large crevice I made. As a child, I didn't care much about hiding myself. Why wouldn't I? I'm not playing hide and seek with my dad. He'd know where I was in a heartbeat.
