It was a rather awkward session for the rest of them, as there they sat on what seem to be a living room with nothing but a few sofas and a single large but low height table. The brunette went out to take care of the laundry before he could have a proper discussion with the 5th Squad.
'What's his name?' Max typed out in an attempt to have a conversation going.
"His name?" Mei asked.
"I don't think any of us remember his name," Fu Hua admitted, garnering a surprised look on his face. He didn't expect Fu Hua, a woman who had went through nearly who knows how long to actually forget something as simple as a person's name.
'I see. So you only refer to him as 'him'?'
"Yeah. Pretty much."
'Hmmm. . .'
The blonde laid himself down to the hard cement floor, looking up to the plain looking ceiling.
"U-Uhm. . ." The same girl's voice said out. Turning to look, they were looking at a girl no less than 15, with long purple hair and light purple eyes. She wore a dull pink t-shirt with blue shorts, clearly showing its age to them.
"Hi there," Mei greeted softly, waving her hand. The girl approached the squad with the squad exuding a friendly aura around them so that she wouldn't be scared of them.
"Hello," the girl greeted in Korean, garnering confusion to everyone but Max, until she waved her hand as well.
Once again, Max knows the language and what she said, but he doesn't know how to type it out.
"Are you Oni's friends?" She asked in Korean. The girls raise their eyebrows while Max nodded. Seeing the boy nod, Himeko grabbed him to whisper to him.
"Do you know Korean?" She asked. The boy nodded.
"Can you type it?"
A head shake.
"Can you possibly translate it for us?"
The boy showed the back of his left hand, spread it out and tilted it from side to side, indicating a 'so so'.
"Okay, that's good enough." Pushing the boy back to the confused purple haired, the blonde gave a somewhat 'the fuq' look on his face to the squad, before he looked at the girl. Putting a smile and exuding a friendly aura, the boy took his hand out for her to shake. The girl looked down to his hand, tilting her head. Seeing that she didn't know what this meant, the boy pulled his hand away to demonstrate. He took several seconds to think, twirling his index fingers around for a while before jumping up, the idea forming in his mind.
"What are you doing?" The girl asked, confused with what the boy did. Even the squad was confused by his actions, with Kiana visibly being suspicious in the boy's intent. The boy proceeded to point a finger to her before pointing to his hand that had its fingers spread out. He then held his hands together before moving it up and down. After a while, seeing the girl's expression was that of understanding, he then let go and took his hand out once again, expecting her to hold it and handshake. The girl, finally understanding the demonstration, took the boy's hand and shook it.
'That's the first step.'
The boy let go, and as he expected, she let go of his hand. Finally understanding that this was a way of greeting, the girl smiled.
"Il Jong Byul," she simply stated. The boy, knowing that it was her name, decided to use his lips to able her to speak his name. He opened his mouth, while raising his hands up to his chest while also straightening his back.
"Ma. . ."
He then bite his teeth together, creating a biting sound, of course. She also understood this.
