"What's the status down there, Sofia?"

"Lots of escaping prisoners are now fighting alongside the mechs. Some are even ballsy enough to pilot them. Cool dudes, I gotta admit."

"Do you still need backup?"

"Hell yeah I do! These bitches are gonna call reinforcements faster than your first round!"

". . . Sofia. . ."

"What? Can't I compare? Just get the reinforcements!!"

"Alright. Sending the Titans."

"You sure this is worth it, Cocolia?" Einstein asked, standing beside her as the two watched the chaos unfold below.

"That boy, if what Sofia's statement is to be believed, has a property unique to him that she believed no one has as of late," she explained.

"And what would that be?" Einstein asked, as the Titans began their descent.

"His left arm. She said that his arm was pale with purple veins clearly sticking out of it."

"You're saying he's infected?" Einstein answered.

"I would, but the question is, how is he not a zombie yet? He admitted that he had that for months now, and so far, he retained his sanity and bodily functions without any discomfort."

"I guess that's another reason why they don't want to let go of Max."

The two continued to watch the battlefield below.

"Y'know. It's odd. Aren't things going a bit too. . . One sided?" Einstein noticed.

"Yeah. Which is why we can't stay for long. Who knows what they plan in the first place."

Meanwhile

Max was visibly containing the pain he experienced while Rita held him effortlessly.

"How bad was the torture, Max-sama?" Rita began to ask, before she realized how bad of a question that was asking towards a person who just went through countless hours of torture and rape, and so she followed it with, "please do not answer that."

The boy complied, keeping himself silent to focus on the priority of getting themselves out of wherever the hell they were in. The hallway was a tad bit too technologically advanced to be a part of a prison, but then again, he shouldn't underestimate the women's capabilities of playing with expectations. The two continued to walk through the hallway, as it was completely bloody with bodies strewn all over the area, and yet, here she was, clean of any dirt, grime or blood on her. She truly was worthy of the S Rank.

"Ara ara. I just remembered something. They were making a weapon in this very same laboratory," Rita suddenly brought up, causing the boy to give her look that basically asked, 'where are you going with this?'

"Considering that all the weapons you used so far had been destroyed by your hands, I have a feeling they won't mind if you use their own powerful weapon and may or may not destroy it yourself," Rita continued, which caused the boy to furrow his eyebrows. Despite being against that decision, he also acknowledged that she had a good point. By this point, they were busy making a powerful weapon, and if Max got his hands on it, in case if he ever underwent that godforsaken transformation again, and it didn't dissipate into dust, he might have good use out of it.

Besides, it might be a good souvenir.

The boy soon nodded, and Rita smiled as she carried the boy to one of the rooms, and the weapon laid there on the forge. The boy had to admit, he was somewhat taken aback by its looks.
