After the guard came to get me, I had rushed over to the courtyard where everyone was waiting. The guard sent stable workers to get the horses over here so we can ride. Now, I sat on top of Marilane next to Cornelius and Harold. Harold was apparently the captain of the guards, so he needed to lead with the prince. I don't know why I was instructed to ride up front, but I didn't argue.

We were waiting for everyone to finish saying goodbye to their loved ones in case they didn't make it. Sounds of crying and choked words filled the tense atmosphere.

When everyone was finished, we set out. Sounds of others crying in the distance haunted my ears, but I just pulled the reins on and galloped next to Cornelius and Harold. Releasing the reins slightly, I felt my bag for the sword of mirrors, which I had put in there for protection. I couldn't afford to lose that sword. I felt the hilt and slowly released my powers into it, activating the sword. I shut my eyes and redid what I had done in the sword room, smiling when I felt the heat from the sword lick my fingertips. I continued to hold it until we reached our destination.

Everyone who was on a horse jumped off, got their swords ready, made sure their armor and helmets were tightly attached to them, and stood at the edge of the forest. Cornelius ran over to me as I hopped off of Marilane. He pulled me into a comforting embrace as he whispered things to himself. When he released me, I took a deep breath smiled up at him.

"Even if our time is cut short, I enjoyed it, Neil." He looked at me, confusion twisting on his face.

"What did you just call me?"

"Neil. I thought it'd be nice to give you a nickname."

"I like it!"

"Me too!"

Cornelius smiled and hugged me once again. When he let go this time, horns were sounding in the distance and he gave me a quick kiss before rushing over to where Harold and Derick stood. I sighed and prepared myself for the final battle of my life and this war.

Slowly, a gigantic army began to arrive, causing an uproar to our own. I stood, awaiting Valene's arrival, but she of course came last. When Valene arrived on a magnificent horse, the battle had already begun. Metal clashed against metal and bodies already littered the ground. Blood squirted everywhere the eye could see. Through all the commotion, Valene had jumped off of her horse and began to walk towards me, not caring one bit about the blood marring her dress. When she was a few feet away from me, she cackled evilly.

"Oh, dear Titania! I see you have the courage to fight me, but you will die today!"

If only she knew how real that statement was.

Slowly, I pulled the sword of mirrors out of my bag, watching her face as she came to the realization on what I held. For once, her eyes held fear and confusion.

"W-where did you get that?" She whimpered, attempting to back away.

"No need for details, let's get this over with." I walked closer to Valene, cornering her against a nearby tree. Her eyes held fear for what was about to come, but when I pointed the sword at my heart, her eyes lit up. I stabbed the sword into me swiftly, feeling a wave of pain, but ignored it enough to stab Valene's chest. She looked at me in surprise until I stabbed her. She fell onto her knees, eyes closing and screams of agony erupting from her. The sounds of battle silenced until it was just me and Valene.

"You thought you could take the world over with evil, but it turned out the only one who could stop you succeeded." I wheezed out, slowly falling on my knees as well. Valene began to cough and blood erupted from her. She threw up over and over again, but it was all just blood. Her eyes began to flutter until she was silent. Her eyes looked up in the sky, unable to make a single movement. I really hope I didn't just kill the body, but just Valene. Vivian's body looked so lifeless..... so.......

A flare of pain erupted inside of me and I screamed, falling onto my hands and knees. Red hot burning pain flew through my entire body until I barely could breathe anymore. The edges of my vision became black, blurry tunnels until I could barely see anything. I felt bile begin to rise up in my throat and threw up. Blood squirted out of my mouth continuously as I coughed and vomited. I felt blood dripping down my nose and onto my battle outfit. Everything was beginning to fade away, and my body felt cold. The pain inside of me was hot, but the outside was cold. Everything felt heavier by the second as I strained on my hands and knees. This was the end for me, but I didn't want it to be. I barely opened my eyes and began to feel dizziness and nausea rise up within me. I looked down and saw red dripping down my entire outfit. A hole obliterated my chest and blood oozed out with ease. I couldn't do it anymore. I fell down onto my stomach, screaming at the pain in my chest. More blood came out of my mouth and I coughed. I closed my eyes, not able to fight anymore.

"Titania!" Kayden screamed. I couldn't see him, but I could hear him running. Three different sets of running feet entered my ears, but I was in too much pain to say anything. I felt arms attempt to lift me up, but I screamed even louder than before. If anyone touched me, the pain would only increase.  My head lolled to the side and I felt more and more pain rise inside of me. I could feel I was laying in a puddle of my own blood, which wouldn't stop seeping out. Why won't it stop? I was beginning to feel extremely tired and felt my breaths become more and more shallow. More hands touched me and I screamed again. I couldn't seem to stop screaming.

"Don't touch her, she must be under some kind of poison or something." Cornelius's voice said.

"But look, she has a hole in her chest and the blood is falling out of her like a waterfall! What the hell are we supposed to do?!" Kayden screamed.

Everyone's voices became more distorted and my head began to feel woozier. I could tell this was it for me, that I wasn't going to live this. I had fulfilled my destiny and defeated Valene, but now, I was meeting my end. At least I'd be with my mom, Finn, and Cassie again.

"Please forgive me." I wheezed out to my friends, feeling more bloody bile rising up.

"Don't apologize Titania! Just get better!" Kayden cried. I could feel him gripping my hand, but all the pain abruptly stopped. I felt too numb to feel a single thing. I knew there was no coming back from this, so I just said goodbye to all of my friends.

"Goodbye all, you've been a huge help in this life, but I must d-depart." I whispered painfully, starting to shiver. Each shiver had me feeling more and more distant. Soon, I couldn't hear anything but a strong ringing in my ears. Soon, I was ripped out of my bloody body and away from my home.
