The newer manufactured homes (newer and improved trailers) are going to age better than the tiny home fad. I'm like 5ft3, and the thought of bumping my head on a sleeping loft ceiling every morning is absolutely ridiculous; what's the point of being short if you bump your head on ceilings? Modular homes too are better investments despite the impractical tiny homes looking cooler. One modern building trend that will likely stand the test of time, as a style, are container homes.
