LUKE'S POV:

I felt a pain in my lower stomach as I tried to keep away from Katy.

"Katy stop!" I yelled, grabbing at my stomach.

I turned towards my dresser and leaned against it as the pain got worse.

"I don't want to! Katy please," I groaned, cringing as I felt Katy run her hands up and down my back.

I blinked my eyes rapidly, seeing something other than my own room.

I saw green eyes, blonde hair, rapid movements, and...moans?

What the fuck is going on? I think I'm going crazy.

I shook my head and swiftly turned around before I - not too harshly - pushed Katy away from me.

"Stop," I hissed, she looked up at me with hurt in her eyes.

"I rather stay a virgin than fuck you," I mumbled under my breath.

"I just want to bring pleasure to you," Katy pouted. "You've been so down, you're not the same anymore. What happened to happy Luke?"

I stayed silent for a moment, "He died."

"Don't say that," Katy said softly.

God her mood changes are so damn dramatic.

"Everything will be okay," she whispered, handing me my shirt she had pulled off of me.

"Why do you always say that?" I snapped, hiding my stomach with my shirt.

"Say what?" Katy asked, furrowing her eyebrows.

"Why do you always 'everything will be okay?'"

"I...I like to think everything will be o-"

"Things will never be okay and you need to accept that."

"Can't you just let a dreamer dream!" Katy yelled, eyes tearing up with tears.

"Let me be stuck in my stupid fantasies," she sniffled."The mindless wonders I ponder about. Just let me be with my thoughts!"

"No K-"

"Don't fucking touch me!" Katy screamed, dodging the hand I was going to put on her shoulder as a comforting gesture.

I groaned and hesitantly pulled her into a hug, her tears pouring out onto my bare chest.

I cringed at the feeling but snuggled my face into the crook of her neck.

"It's alright," I whispered.

"Can we still-"

"No," I said bluntly, knowing what she was going to ask.

"Fuck you Luke Hemmings," she grumbled.

"You wish," I scoffed, wrapping my arms tightly around her and picked her up slightly from the floor.

"Nate I saw him, I swear."

I blinked, not seeing my room, but a small purple and blue playground. I looked down and saw small hands - Lacey's hands. I cringed as I saw a guy pull on some pants.

What the hell.

"We shouldn't have um..." The guy trailed off.

"I feel gross, you know? Like I'm cheating on him because of what we just did."

What...

"You're not going to see him again, I can promise you that," the guy snorted.

"Don't say that!" Lacey yelled.

"He's on a whole other part of the earth now - god knows how many miles apart! You're not going to see him ever again, face the facts Lacey!"

"I felt nothing," Lacey whispered.

I could tell she was crying and oddly enough I felt tears form in my eyes also. What's going on?!

"What do you mean?" The man asked, pulling on a shirt.

"We just fucked, not made love. It's different."

They had sex?!

I felt a stinging on my cheek and heard Lacey whimper in pain.

He slapped her!

"Hit him back!" I yelled, balling my fists in frustration.

My hand suddenly sizzled slightly. I smiled. She hit him back.

"Um Luke?" Katy said slowly.

Betrayal, hurt, and pain was all I felt.

Maybe a distraction wasn't so bad after all.

I shook my head and willed away the tears by shutting and opening my eyes over and over again.

I eagerly pressed my lips to Katy's, slipping my tongue into her mouth and she gasped.

I heard a quite gasp in the back of my mind also. Lacey.

The sound of lips moving was all that was heard until the door suddenly opened, I flinched away from Katy and looked towards the door.

Michael, fuck.

"What the fuck Luke!" He yelled.

"No, no, no, no Mikey it wasn't w-"

"What's Lacey going to think," he snapped.

"I-I don't think I'll be seeing her for a long time."

"You don't deserve her," he hissed, narrowing his eyes towards Katy.
