Them following a Blogilates workout video

Blogilates is a fitness channel on YouTube which puts fun into Pilates and cardio which is created by Cassie Ho. I love her vids and I feel like I'm dying in her workouts, but it's really fun even with friends

The gang will follow her really intense workout vid, well all of them are intense.

-Steve that cocky son of a female dog
-he thinks her workouts are easy peasy
-"Pilates? What the hell is PILATES? Some French shit...I'm sure it's easy, look at these guns they can carry anything."
-he also thinks that it's easy because a girl is doing it
-he wrong
-he can't get through it
-he keeps stopping and screaming in pain
-"I CANT DO THIS! THIS HURTS! HOW IS SHE DOING THAT! WTF WE DOING THAT NOW?! HFKDDNFJDKF"
-he's gonna feel it tomorrow
-Darry can actually do anything
-he ain't struggling as much but he sweating like crazy
-he sweating a freaking ocean over there
-he likes the workout and now he will do the everyday to become stronger than he already is
-that's gon be scary tho
-Pony is whining a lot
-he would rather do track
-but he wants to have abs because everyone else has them and it's tough
-he keeps looking at his stomach to see if there are abs yet
-Soda is having fun in the workout
-he dancing to the fun music in the background
-he's so enthusiastic like Cassie
-Cassie: (smiling bright and happily talking) "You're not stopping! You're gonna keep going!"
-Soda: (also smiling and talking happily through the pain) "Yes Miss Cassie! I am not gonna stop! Whew! Yeah! I feel it!"
-after the workout he says again
-Dally keeps giving up
-he groaning loudly
-she looks at Cassie at the screen
- "Yo, she ain't half bad, man. I like a strong woman, where does she live?"
-Pony: "She's married, Dal...and I don't think she would like you."
-Dal be like Swiper from Dora, "Aw maaan!"
-Johnny is quiet during the workout
-but his face screams pain
-his body is shaking and hurting but he is pushing and not stoping
-Johnny is the man
-Cassie: "Don't stop, you are stronger than you know it, come on! Let's go!"
-Johnny: "Thank you, Miss Cassie. You are now one of my favorite people in this world."
-she gives him confidence
-he ain't used to being complimented and encouraged so he happy
-Two is doing it so he could eat more
-he pushes anyone to make them fall or lose their form
-he looks away and pretends it wasn't him
-he just jokes around
-(in a Russian accent) "Got to do them Russian twists."
-Darry: "Can you just shut your trap and do it?"
-(in a low, sinister voice) "NEVER."
-they finished the workout and they all died
-the next day everyone couldn't move cus they sore as heck
