Not of What You Are, But of What You Want to Be

The Railjack rumbled as the Sentients boarded and wreaked havoc below decks. The captain, a Rhino equipped with the Blade of the Lotus armor roared, empowering his allies as they charged in, ready to cut their enemy to pieces. For a few minutes, nothing but aggressive chiming, war cries, and the sound of Sentient steel against Tenno weapons echoed through the ship, and then, silence.

Rhino grunted as he sat down on the floor of the Railjack, named Steel Gale. Around him, his three fellow Blades sat, breathing heavily. They had been facing Sentient boarding parties for more than six earth days now, and their energy was running low. They haven't even been able to head back to their Dojo for restocking. They were running low on ammo, energy, and simple stamina.

"Cephalon Cy, report on remaining ammunition reserves," the Rhino asked.

"Calculating... we have less than one eighth of our maximum capacity left. Remaining time of functionality: 36 hours, 52 minutes," the monotone Cephalon responded. Saryn, one of the newer Blades, growled in frustration.

"We haven't been able to get back to the dojo to restock. What are we going to do now? We can't just sit here and die, and it's not helping that Banshee's gone missing!"

The eldest of the four, Trinity walked up to the poisonous Warframe, "Saryn, we've gone over this. Umbra has Banshee's location, and we're due for reinforcements any day now."

"We don't have any day now! Cy just said that we had at most, a day and a half, and with all these boarding parties, that's just a tentative number! It's a guarantee that they'll destroy more of our supplies, and that's going to put us in an even more impossible situation!" Saryn snapped.

"Guys, just calm down, okay?" Oberon said, though his soft voice didn't really do much to help the angry girl relax. He looked nervously at their heavily armored leader, who was completely stoic in the moment, then back to the yelling Saryn, and Trinity, who was trying to help her calm down. The horned Warframe sighed, and looked at the stars outside.

"Banshee, where the hell are you?" He murmured. Rhino rose and walked heavily towards the arguing girls.

"You two, shut it."

Immediately, the two women quieted down. Rhino wasn't someone you messed with. Someone that big and heavily built was scary enough, but with his irritable personality, he was tough to talk down, and combined with his built, nigh unstoppable. If you were to ask who was the strongest Blade, most people would probably answer with Rhino.

"Rhino," Saryn said, albeit a lot more calmly this time, "you see where I'm coming from, right? Sure, all the Blades are equal in value, but Banshee had a lot more experience dealing with Sentients. Without someone of equal knowledge, we can't exactly expect to survive in our own Railjack, minus the things we have to worry about like Fomorians and Razorbacks."

"Maybe, but that just shows what we know about the Sentients. Banshee had the most experience, and can barely fight them off. We were lucky Ballas decided to help us out by sending out the blueprint to the Parascesis," Rhino replied. They all subconsciously rubbed the hilt of their giant Sentient-slayers. "In any case," he continued, "Umbra was sent on a mission after we found that Void anomaly. When he returned, he sent us a message detailing a few things."

"Wait, Umbra's back?!" cried Saryn, before covering her mouth with her hand. Rhino turned around, and cocked his head at her for a moment. Saryn cowed, "Sorry... Rhino..."

"Yes. Umbra's back. He sent us a message that contained a few things we need to know. First, Banshee's location, and second, her decision."

"So then where is she?" Trinity asked, intrigued.
