"It's Kyle," She peeks her head into the door with a worried expression upon her face. "Jax...the police are here,"
Confusion quickly etched on Jaxon's face as he felt the sudden tightened on his arms and immediately looks to Chloe. She expressed this worrisome look on her face all the while seeming to be confused about the arrival of the police. Without even moving his eyes away from her, Jaxon's jaw begins to tighten out of irritation quickly.
"What did they want precisely?" He asked suddenly, his tone resonating between the four walls of the room.
Kyle swallows nervously, "I don't know because I saw them from the inside," She answers truthfully. "I can go see what they want or ask Liam right away,"
"You go do that," Jaxon said quickly before hearing the door shut. "Why do you have that look on your face?" He goes to caress his woman's cheek. "Hmm?"
Chloe swallows, her breathing quickening, "Because the police are here and I bet it's because of her," She breaks away from the comforting hold Jaxon had on her waist.
