The sun shined in my eyes waking me up.The night I had was pretty eventful to say the least but today is my 30th birthday!!
I got up and went into the bathroom in all of my naked glory to freshen up.After I showered and brushed my teeth, I heard someone downstairs.
"What the fuck."I mumbled
I grabbed the bat that Travis had left me for "protection" and quietly snuck downstairs.
I peeked around the corner only to see him in the kitchen cooking and going through my fridge.
"You gonna use that?"He turned to me

"What the hell are you still doing here?"I huffed and put the bat down
"Im making breakfast.Also, cleaning out your fridge.Please don't tell me these green beans are from Thanksgiving."He joked
"They are and that is not your business."I nudged him and snatched my green beans to put them back in the fridge
"You really should get going though.."I told him
"Didn't you say you had to take Sophia to ballet?"I asked
"Yes but..it's your birthday.So I wanted to do something nice..if you would just let me."He said
I squinted my eyes at him."Fine."
I watched him cook the bacon, pancakes and eggs.
Oh yeah by the way, this is Chris.He owns a film production company.We met about six months ago at an industry event.I was trying to get more actors to sign with me and he just so happened to be there.We hit it off and became pretty good friends but crossed the line with a one night stand and here we are two months later..still fuck buddies because..he's married and has a daughter.He's also a little bit older than me..41.
Can't say Im proud of it but..they're separated anyway so that's not my business.
He set my plate down and kissed my cheek.
"Chris."I glared
"I know.Im sorry."He chuckled
"You know how I feel about-
"Blurring the lines.I know."He nodded
"You know you have so many rules Jas.Im the one that's married."He chuckled
I looked at him.
"I just don't want to mess things up with feelings and all of that bullshit.Just sex."I explained for the millionth time
"That's no fun though."He said
"Our definitions of fun are very different."I said
