Travis
A couple days later

Jasmine and I sat together through dinner with this awkward tension.

"Jas."I called

She looked up at me.

"What's wrong?"I asked her

"Nothing."She responded

I looked around the restaurant and saw other couples enjoying each other's company but that wasn't us.

"If you didn't want to take me back, you shouldn't have."I told her

"I didn't say I didn't want to take you back.I just..-"She paused and put her fork down

"If I didn't catch you..would you have fucked her?"She asked

I sighed."No.It was stupid and I was drunk but of course not."

"I love you and Im sorry I hurt you.I really am."I told her and rubbed her thigh

She looked at me and then down.

"We kissed."She said lowly

"Who?"I furrowed my brows

"Me and Aubrey..I went to his hous-

"Are you fucking kidding me?"I asked

"No."She said

I chuckled lowly.

"So you get to be this mad over a stripper?!?You kissed your ex?And went to his house?!"I yelled slightly

"Trav..don't make a scene."She said

"Don't tell me shit like this in public and expect me to not make a scene."I said

She was silent.

"You really lost your god damn mind."I shook my head

"Let's go."I told her

She got up and I threw money on the table before we walked out of the restaurant.

The car ride home she was antsy.Bouncing her leg and tapping on her arm rest.

When we got to my house we both were silent.

"Im sorry."She said

I walked over to her and reached to move a strand of hair from her face, causing her to flinch.

I saw her eyes well up with tears.She looked fearful.

"Im not going to hit you.Im not him.You know that."I told her

She started to sob and I just pulled her into my chest.

"I-Im sorry."She stuttered

"Shh."I rubbed her back

After a few minutes she calmed down.

"I love you."I kissed her head

"I love you too."She mumbled

"We'll talk in the morning.Let's go to bed."I told her

She nodded and we headed upstairs.

After my shower I got into bed with him.He didn't hold me like he normally did.

I woke up to my alarm.Today Im getting my eggs retrieved to see if we have any good eggs.

I got up and decided to make breakfast for Travis.After about thirty minutes he came downstairs.

"Hey.I made you breakfast."I said
