So comrades” she turned and pointed to the door in almost a dramatic pose “Allons-y gentlemen, to the sumo club”.

We started laughing. She was different and more open about her emotions then most. “Sure let’s go. Thanks for the food Lexi-chan and just call me Aki as we’re friends” Aki said to her.

“No problem Aki-san. I’m looking forward to the it”. As we started walking to the club room with Lexi looking left and right at her surroundings with a chocolate bar on her mouth, I said to Aki quietly “Yeah I think you’re right Aki. I think I do like her”.

Lexi’s POV

As we made our way to the dojo, there were students everywhere recruiting for their clubs. I felt like I was in morning rush hour at Waterloo train station, which is hectic (literally google it, if you’ve never seen it). I stayed close to the guys as I didn’t fancy getting lost and we soon arrived at the sumo club. It was bigger than I thought and there was a lot of members training. “Wow this place is incredible” I expressed whilst almost giving myself  a neck ache from trying to look at everything. “Glad you like it Lexi-chan. Ah, there’s the coach and it seems my sister is here already. Let’s go and introduce you” Shido said whilst walking towards a stern looking man and a very pretty young girl with the same blue hair as Shido. Guess that’s his sister.

“Hi coach, this is Lexi-chan. She wants to join the sumo club as a manager” Shido introduced. I bowed and said “Hello sir. It’s nice to meet you. My name is Lexi and I would like to join the club as a manager” I finished with a smile.

The coach looked at me then at Shido “Tennoji-san, why is that two people you know have both come to join as a manager?” Shido just shrugs his shoulders. The coach sighs and he sort of reminds me of someone when he loses that frown.
“Very well” he said “Both Lexi-chan and Saki-chan can join as managers from today”. I turned to Saki and smiled at her which she returned.

“Coach, is it alright if Lexi-chan also joins in some training now and again?” Shido asks. “What?” The coach looks at him to me and back. “You want to let a girl train with you guys?”. Okay...that rattled me a little. “Sir, what Shido-san means is that I play quite an intense sport, so he thought whilst I’m at school then I could keep some training up alongside the members”. I tried to explain, but the coach still looked very doubtful and Saki looked shocked that we would even suggest something like this.

“How about this” Shido said “what if we get Lexi-chan to have a bout with one of the members and if she wins, she can train alongside us during our strength workouts and when the managers are not too busy with tasks?” I think my eyes just bugged out of my skull. Me spar with a sumo wrestler?

IS HE NUTS??

I looked at the coach and he looks as if he is thinking the same thing I was. I turned to look at rest of club after realising it’s gone quite to see everyone has stopped to listen.

Again the coach sighs after looking at the determination on Shido’s face, “Alright fine. But if she gets hurt don’t blame me”.

I quickly grab Shido’s hand and pull him slightly away from the group. “Are you crazy?”, I whispered through gritted teeth, “You want me to spar against a trained sumo wrestler and expect me to win?”
He looked at me with a smile “I know you can do it. You’re the best flanker in the rugby world at the moment, Little Tigress, so I know you will win”. I raised my eyebrow at his statement. Looks like he's done his research, “So you checked up on me then, National Treasure Dojikiri Yasutsuna reigning high school Yokozuna”.
“Oh oh. It seems I’m not the only who did my research” he smirks at me. “Well that’s fine but I thought you were serious about wanting to train” he sighs and looks dramatically sad and closing his eyes “and here I thought you wouldn’t back down from a challenge”. He finished his sentence opening one eye to see my reaction and I must say he would not be disappointed.

This guy knows how to push my buttons as irk marks started appearing on my forehead and my shoulders were shaking at the blatant attempt to make me go along with his plan. And I’m an idiot to get easily swept away by the taunt. I looked at Shido with a tight smile, “Who said I would walk away from a challenge?”

I walked towards the coach with flames flicking in my eyes “Coach” I said loudly gaining the attention of everyone in the room, “Where’s the changing rooms?” Lucky me I decided to pack some workout clothes. He was quite taken aback by my tone, so much so that his eyebrows almost disappeared into his hair line, just pointed to the doors.
“Give me twenty minutes to get changed and warmed up, then we spar”. I stomp towards the changing rooms mumbling to myself, cursing Shido under my breath.

Tennoji’s POV

A wide smile spread across my face as I watched Lexi stomp towards the changing rooms, grumbling to herself. No doubt she’s probably plotting something like my demise. Saki, my younger sister and first year, walks up to me with a worried look on her face and asks, “Brother what are you doing? How can you make a condition for her to train alongside you and to now spar with someone?”
I looked down at her and took out my phone, “I asked Lexi-chan to become the manager and even added a tempting offer of training with us because of who she is and what sport she does. Take a look at this?”
I handed Saki my phone and played the video clip of Lexi winning the recent rugby championship. I watched as Saki’s eyes widen as she watches Lexi tackle a large opponent with ease. Aki stood next to Saki along with Shoutou Masaomi, a fellow second year, and Enoki Shintarou, a first year of the club.

“Wow” Enoki exclaimed, “She’s fast and that tackle was powerful. How did she do that? She’s so small compared to them”.
“I would’ve thought that you would have understood her more then anyone Enoki” I said “after all, you’re also judged based on your height”. He looked at me a bit sheepish before replying “Well I get that, but difference is I’m actually trained to be a sumo wrestler. For Lexi-senpai, although she does have a figure of an athlete and she is a good rugby player, she doesn’t have the strength of a trained sumo”. He did have a point.

Aki looked up from the video and agreed “He’s right Shido-san. How will Lexi-chan win?” The door to the changing room started to open and I said what was on my mind, “I know she will win because she’s just like us and hates losing at anything, especially when a challenge presents itself to her”.

When Lexi stepped into the room, my jaw hit the ground, my eyes nearly bugged out of my skull and a blush immediately spread over my cheeks. Looking at my teammates, they’ve reacted the exact same way as me. Lexi walked in wearing some tight black shorts that went to her knees and a dark blue top that fitted her curves way too well, showing a little bit cleavage. She had her wrists and ankles tapped and her red hair was tied in a bun on her head. You could tell she had muscles, but it made her no less then the stunning creature she is. Lexi’s eyes seemed to be flicking like blue flames ready for the challenge. My confidence of her winning the bout only increased from her look of determination, but also because it seems that whoever she will be sparring with may just pass out from losing too much blood from a nose bleed.
