Saki nodded, “That’s true. It’s always good to see him enjoying himself in the path he has taken”.
‘And I’ll be there until the end; watching every time you fight and have fun with the one’s who made you strong.

Lexi’s POV
When the next bout was about to commence, I could feel my nerves rising again.
Kusanagi vs Ookanehira
Sosuke hasn’t been doing too well; and it’s almost as if there is something that is blocking him. I know he was upset when his friend Shun quit sumo due to injury; but there has to be more.
I sat down as I start to feel coldness settle in as I watch Sosuke take position. But the feeling didn’t come from Sosuke; it came from seeing the look Aki had in his eyes.
“What’s wrong Lexi-chan?”, Saki asks as she sits next to me.
“I don’t know. I just have this feeling whenever I see Aki-san now that it isn’t good. Almost like when Ushio-kun went into manic”, I explain, not taking my eyes off of the ring.
“BEGIN”
As soon as the signal was given, Aki charges forward into a dazed Sosuke and the look was terrifying. I stood back up gasping. No wonder why Kayla stayed at home this tournament; if she saw this in her condition, it would be bad.
Aki had gone full blown carnage.
What happened? Has he always been like this? Or is this the result of being in the stable of the Yokozuna?
Aki had Sosuke trapped where neither could throw nor grab; but only by thrust. Meaning it wasn’t long before Aki pushes Sosuke out of the ring; making it Sosuke’s second lost. I slump down, completely lost for words.
I quickly pull my phone out and dial Kayla’s number.
“Hello?” was answered.
“Kayla, what’s happened to Aki-san?” I ask straight to the point.
I hear her sigh on the other end of the phone; “He’s been pushed to the edge here. After constantly losing to Shido-san and then to the Yokozuna; he’s beyond frustrated. He’s gunning for the Yokozuna and anyone in his way. He’s pushing his friends away. Even me. I’m not too sure what I can do to help or how much I can put myself through this without harming our child”; I hear her sob.
“Kayla”; I say quietly; “why didn’t you tell me?”
“How could I?” she cries; “you’ve got yourself to take after. I couldn’t bring this to you”.
“Yes you can”, I told her firmly, “we’re family after all”.
As I hear Kayla cry, I signal to Saki to get her phone and I call my dad.
“Hey Saki-chan?”, my dad answers.
“Dad, it’s Lexi. Can you get to Kayla’s home? Aki’s been an arsehole to her and she’s crying”, I say.
“I’m already grabbing my keys for the car”, he says, “tell her I’ll be there soon”.
“Will do. Thanks dad”, I end the call and pull my phone back up to my ear to speak to Kayla.
