Tennoji remembered that these were the same words he spoke when Lexi was injured from the Sugadaira training camp, “Okay kitten” he replied as he stayed holding Lexi close to him, completely disregarding all the other wresters present, blushing at the exchange between the two.

No one’s POV
The news of Hinomaru going to the hospital spread very quickly amongst the wrestlers.
‘At least uncle Shiba is with him. I’m sure he will be back before the teams meet’, one red headed girl thought as she watched the last bout of the individual competition for the day.
Kanamori vs Hikage
The bout was over before it truly started. Hikage railroad Kanamori out of the ring.
The Ishigami team were shocked that their sturdy captain was pushed out.
“It’s not like he gave up on using strikes”, Sera said from he was standing with the Kita’s team, “Tenma’s just been practising and now he’s a grappling master”.
The crowd cheered as Hikage walked off the ring to his team.
“He’s certainly stronger this year, if he can railroad Kanamori out”, Kanou mused out loud. The Hakurou team were standing at the back of the stands, just simply watching.
“Yeah, but he still has a way to go before he defeats me”, Tennoji countered.
“That concludes today’s individual bouts. Team prelim bouts will begin now” the commentator announced.
“Who’s competing first for the team bouts?”, Saki asked.
“Isn’t it obvious who the first main attractions are?” Lexi asked whilst the team shook their heads. Lexi turned back to see Aizawa and Ozeki glare at each other from across the ring, “The way those two are challenging each other, it’s obvious that it’s Kita against Odachi. Question is – who will win?”
**First bout**
“We must be a magnet for bad luck”, Reina says worringly to Chizuko, “I mean, drawing last year’s third-place team in the first round? Come on”.
Chizuko pulled out her note book and read from it, “And three of the competitors we’ll be facing, participated in that tournament. That’s not all. Among the competitors is National Treasure Hikage Tenma”
Reina faced forward with a serious look on her face, “So what you’re saying, is that we could be seriously screwed”.
“For the next round on the east side – Odachi: On the west side – Kanazawa Kita High. First bout on the east side – Ozeki. On the west side – Aizawa” the names booming around the arena as the competitors were announced.
“Bring the pain captain”
“You’ve got this”.
Both wrestlers entered the ring, looking just as determined as each other.
“That’s Aizawa Ryo. ‘Swift Foot Pull’. Although, not the biggest, he’s the captain of the formidable Kita High team. He’s deadly”, Chizuko informed Rena, who turned a nervous eye to the ring.
“Spirit”
Ozeki came charging out from the get go and pushed Aizawa out of the ring, causing him to go flying. The rest of the Kita High team were shocked at seeing their captain taken out so easily. So were most of the spectators.
“That’s surprising” Terahara said next to Saenoyama in the crowd, “Ozeki’s the last person I could imagine going full-on beast mode”.
Up in the stands where the Ishigami team were watching, Kanamori commented, “I guess that settles it then” turning to Sanada, “Beating you at the prelims wasn’t just a fluke”.
