“I love you” I whispered as I held Shido close.
“I love you too”.
And this was how we spent most of our time at the cabin – reigniting our passion. My poor back and waist certainly felt the strain, but it was totally worth it.
One more memory to add in our journey ahead together.

After the excitement of the Nationals and the All Japan Championship, it was a well deserved break for the group; meaning holiday!
The usual crowd were around at Lexi’s house, sitting in the garden enjoying the relaxation when Jack came in with the biggest grin ever. Lexi sat up from her spot next to Tennoji, gaining the attention of the others as Jack came to a stop.
“What are you up to dad?”, Lexi asked sceptically.
“Nothing bad kiddo, I promise”, he says before turning to look at everyone, “a friend of mine back in London bought a place that he is letting out to holiday makers. He has invited me and whoever I choose to stay there for a week. So pack your bags everyone, we’re off to London in a few days” he finishes with a smile.
There was stunned silence before a loud “WWWWHHHHAAAAATTTTT?” could be heard from down the street.
“Dad, what are you talking about? We can’t head to London in a couple of days. Everyone here will need visas and money. The currency is a big difference, plus we need to sought out flights”, Lexi frowned.
“Way ahead of you Lexi. I’ve been speaking to the parents of the guys here and we’ve all chipped in for the visas and spending money for the whole group”, looking proud of himself.
“It’s true”, Altan walked over, “Everything has been arranged and the date is set for everyone to enjoy a week away, including Jack and myself as we are chaperons”.
“OH MY GOD AKI”, Kayla shouts as she jumps up, giving a happy jig, “I can show you all the sights and my favourite places”. Kanou smiled at the girl he loves, excited to see the place she grew up, “Sounds good, trouble. It’ll be interesting to see where you’re from”.
“Wait, when has my nickname been ‘Trouble’”, Kayla asks looking confused.
“I think it fits you Kayla” Lexi said, beaming a smile in her direction.
“Yep, definitely suits you Kayla-chan”, Saki agreed.
“Agreed”, Shutou nodded.
“Second that”, Enoki said.
“Completely”, Batb nods.
Kayla just pouts, “You guys are mean”. Kanou scoops her up and places Kayla on his lap, “They know you too well. Plus, you’re adorable when you pout being defensive like that”, kissing her pouting lips. Kanou has come along way at showing his affection in public, compared to when they first went out and he would blush from Kayla’s actions; but now he can easily make her blush.
Jack chuckled at the interaction. He sees Kayla as his daughter as much as Lexi is along with Sky. With Sky’s own father not around and Kayla being raised only by her brother, he definitely had his hands full. Those three together certainly kept him on edge and made his life interesting. All three have grown up well and Jack wishes to share more memories with them before they really do move on and look towards their boyfriends as their support more and more.
