Unfortunately, hindi ko na naabutan pa sila Demi at Iryn. I tried contacting them but they wouldn’t answer their phones. Ngayon ay nagi-guilty ako. I hate it when I feel like I am the reason why something austere happens.

I hope that Ken and Iryn will be good as soon as possible. I hate seeing them fighting because of me, I feel so awful right now.

I stopped walking when I saw Vince in front of me, he’s staring at my face closely as if he’s reading my innermost thoughts.

“W-What?” I asked.

“Can we talk?” tanong niya. I just heaved a sigh and refused to answer him. “Shane, I know you are mad or upset or you despise me. I know that, and that's why I am here, to fix everything. So please give me a chance. Ikaw lang 'yong kaibigan ko---“

I rode in the tricycle na pinara ko.

“Process?” I patted my forehead. Does he really think that it is a process? Process of what? Process of making me happy, hurting me, apologizing and forgiving? “You’re frustrating me a lot.”

“Pasensya na sa wrong choice of words. Pero Shane, totoong maghihintay ako… para sa pagkakaibigan natin,” he said, looking directly in my eyes.

“Shanel.” I heard daddy’s voice outside my door, he knocked thrice followed by the opening of the door. “Matthew’s giving you Lotus back.” Nilapag ni Daddy sa sahig ang aso ko na agad na tumakbo sa kama ko. Pero dahil sa liit niya ay hindi siya makaakyat doon kaya kinailangan ko siyang buhatin. I kissed his brown fur, smelling like Vince’s perfume.

“Thank you po,” I said. Dumapa ulit ako sa kama para ipagpatuloy ang sketching ko para sa blueprint ng future dental clinic ko. I want to be the person who’ll decide where to put things in there. I want to choose the best positions and such. Siguro ay magpapatulong ako kay Kuya Ben sa measurements and such.

“Are you still mad at him?” Daddy asked, making me turn to his direction. Akala ko ay umalis na siya, hindi pa pala.

“I am not mad po,” I said. “Never will I be mad of anyone po.” Daddy walked towards my bed, he stopped when he was one meter away. He watched me as I sketch. Medyo nailang pa ako sa presence niya.
