And it's Christmas !!! Christmas is also known as Neol, Nativity, XMAS. The whole world celebrates Jesus Christ's birthday on 25th December as Christmas !
Christmas is celebrated world wide religiously by christians and culturally by non Christians. Masses and prayer sessions are held in churches in remembrance of the sacrifices of Jesus Christ. Not just houses and shops but whole towns and cities are decorated in magical lights and colours. Each and every person merrily dances in Christmas's spirit. Mistletoes are hanged on every doorstep while Christmas trees are decorated with cherry smiles. Christians mostly celebrate Christmas by giving gifts and Christmas cards, singing Christmas carols, hosting feasts for family and friends, etc. It was observed earlier that the real date of Jesus Christ's birth and the liturgical celebration were different.
One of the widespread explanations of the origin of Christmas on 25th December is that of the birth of the unconquered Sun, a popular holiday in Roman Empire. A second view suggests that 25th December is the day when the world was created. No one really knows the exact story behind Christmas other than that Jesus Christ was born on this date and to this day we are supposed to spread love!
