This is the view from the top of the world's biggest skyscraper, with 163 floors and a height of 828 metres, Burj Khalifa.
The term skyscrapers is self-explanatory: Buildings so tall that they look like they are scraping the sky.
Skyscraper Day is observed annually on the third day of the month of September. It is observed to appreciate the art of architecture that helps in building such complex structures.
This special day is celebrated by taking stairs or an elevator and looking in and around the skyscrapers to understand the intricacy and fineness of the structure of a skyscraper. One can also take time to get to the top of the skyscraper and enjoy the view while munching on food that's usually available in the food courts on the top floors.
The whole idea behind this special day is to acknowledge and appreciate the aesthetics of things we are so used to that we tend to ignore them.
