River's POV.

I rush into the bathroom after grabbing my pants and boxers off the floor then shut the door behind me before leaning against it. I take in a deep breath, then slowly release it.
This guy would be the death of me! No joke about it.
I put my boxers back on, ignoring the pants then walk over to the sink and stare at my flustered self. I looked like sex itself, with bed hair and swollen lips. I honestly couldn't walk into training looking like this.

I flip the tap and watch the water run in the sink before splashing some on my face. The difference in temperature felt amazing on my hot skin. I repeat the action a couple more times before absently staring at the running water. I just loved the way it poured out of the silver tap and formed a little whirlpool in the sink basin. The sight captivates me so much the more I stare.
All of a sudden, I start to feel like I was drowning. My lungs start to burn like they are filled with water and I find it hard to breathe. I use both my hands to grab onto the sink for support as I gasp for air. I stare at the water flowing into the sink and gasp in shock as blurry images start to form in the little whirlpool.

What the fuck was happening!!

The more I stare, the more clearer the images become. And what I see brings bile to my throat.
Wolves lying dead everywhere drowning in their own blood, some bodies even starting to rot. Vultures tearing chunks of flesh from bodies. The sight was so sickening.
The image disappears and another starts to form. This one much worse.
The scene that unfolds before my eyes fills me with dread and a cold chill runs down my spine. It was a war. And wolves were being slaughtered left and right! Both by hunters and fellow wolves. The lifeless bodies and carcasses were mutilated beyond recognition.. and they were many. The countless number causing my heart to ache.
The gruesome images of the fallen wolves brings tears to my eyes and I feel a fierce kind of rage build inside me. I let out a scream fuelled by the rage within me and hear something burst in the bathroom. The anger that am feeling makes me scream louder and I feel water hit my body from all directions.
I must have burst the pipes or something. But I couldn't bring myself to stop. I push myself away from the sink and drop to the floor. I couldn't bring myself to look anymore. My heart was hurting so bad. I just couldn't believe people could commit such atrocities. The images of little children lying lifeless in pools of their own blood besides their equally dead parents had shocked me to the very core.
The bathroom door bursts open and Sebastian rushes in looking around frantically. Then panic settles on his face when the takes in the state in which I'm in. Not forgetting his pristine bathroom.

He quickly makes his way to my huddled form on the flooded tiles.
I'd really made a mess! The faucets from both the sink and tub had come off and water was sprouting out of the pipes. The tub was overflowing, and all the six shower heads were turned on.

So yes, I'd officially caused another mini flood.

Sebastian drops to the floor right next to me and draws my shaking body into his arms not caring that his clothes were getting soaked. I bury my head into his chest and breathe in his scent. A mates scent always calms their partner down. I breathe in heavily, trying to regain control.

" It's okay baby... it's okay now." he softly whispers into my wet hair.

I couldn't stop my body from trembling though. And no, it wasn't from the cold. But rather the things that I'd seen.
Should I call them visions? I wasn't even sure of the term to use.

They were probably visions.

Visions of the Future. I was sure that what I'd seen wasn't from the past. That war was going to happen in the future. And thousands and thousands of wolves would perish.

" You're shaking baby... Let's get you out of here and out of these wet clothes." he says, totally ignoring the fact that his bathroom was flooded and water still pouring from everywhere.
