Present Day.

" So what you're trying to say is that you switched clothes in some silly game that led us to believe the other blonde was you?" Casper asks, looking at satin like she was crazy.

" Isn't that what I just said?"

They were currently at the Alpha's cabin, after being summoned by the Alpha himself to get to the bottom of everything. Those present were Sebastian, Casper, satin, the Alpha Donovan and his Beta. They needed to keep this as private as possible.

" The big question is, why you couldn't tell that it wasn't me." Satin says, looking at Sebastian with hurt filled eyes.

" Good question!" Casper mouths. Which earns him a glare from Sebastian.

Sebastian looks at satin, guilt in his eyes.

" Am sorry satin. I really am. But the girl had on your dress, and her hair was blonde. Her face was terribly burnt. It was unrecognizable. We all thought it was you because of the little we could see. I know it's not what you want to hear but that's how it happened." he tries to explain.

" And what about my scent.?" She spits out bitterly.

Good point!

Sebastian looks to his father for help, who notices and steps in.

" Satin, not even your own parents would have recognized that body. Just like Sebastian said, it was burnt beyond recognition. Except for pieces of the dress. And the smell of smoke and burnt flesh over powered it's scent. Please don't blame Sebastian for thinking it was you. Anyone would have done the same."

When she doesn't say anything, he continues.

" Now that that's out of the way, I would like you to tell us why you were kidnapped, any thing really that could help us out. Whatever you can remember."

Satin looks directly at Sebastian when she replies.

" They seemed to think you're some powerful Alpha. All because of some prophecy."

" Prophecy?" Sebastian asks, confusion written all over his face.

" Yes. Apparently there's a prophecy that states that two powerful Alpha's shall rise and reunite all packs. They will be the Alphas of all Alphas. Pure nonsense if you ask me." She says.

Sebastian couldn't help but realise how bitchy satin had become since he rescued her. Perhaps that's what captivity does to you. It changes you.

" So you were taken because of some prophecy?" Casper asks.

" Don't tell me you lost your sense of hearing while I was away!" Satin responds.
" Anyway they thought taking me would trigger something in you for them to confirm their suspicions. Apparently it didn't." She adds.

Sebastian looks to his dad who is strangely silent. And abit pale! He couldn't be so sure.
" Dad?"

Alpha Donovan looks to his Beta instead.
" Michael, please mind link Sanders and ask him to meet us here. Now." he instructs.

Beta Micheal nods and proceeds to do as told.

" Why do we need the librarian dad?" Sebastian questions as he takes a seat next to casper on the couch, definitely avoiding Satin. He didn't want her knowing he was a scented wolf yet. He had decided to wear one of his father's large hoodies to help him mask his scent. It seemed to be working.
She eyes him strangely but doesn't comment.

" Sanders might be able to shine some light on what satin said. If there's any truth to it, he will be able to tell." Alpha Donovan says, a faraway look in his eyes.
Sanders was Greg's dad. He knew all about their species. Which is why he run the pack library. Surely the fact that his dad was seeking his knowledge could mean something.
They sit in silence till casper decides to break it.
