Freya's POV
"Dark Lord on the loose. Pagans circling. A druggie warlock. What's next?" I groan as Sabrina drags me through the streets of Greendale. "I can't believe I'm about to say this, but maybe things are going to start to look up?" Sabrina says with a half smile.
"Sabrina... we just got notice that Roz might be in trouble. So here we are, roaming Greendale at night. Where do you think things are going to start to look up?" I snap. She just looks at me with sad eyes.
"Sabrina, wait. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to snap at you. I know you're going through a lot right now. I'm sorry Brina. I really am. I'm just stressed and you didn't deserve that." I apologize. "It's okay Frey. I get it. Believe me. I'm just glad we have each other." She says as she reaches out and squeezes my hand.
The rest of the way to Harvey's we walk in silence. Hand in hand. Too stressed or worried to say anything. The light in Harvey's garage/band rehearsal space is on so we walk right in. Theo greets us at the door with a very very weak smile.
"Thank God you're here." He says. "What's wrong? Where's Harvey and Roz?" I ask. Theo lets out a shaky sigh and points over his shoulder. Harvey is crouched in front of one of the couches but I can't see what's going on. Sabrina and I rush across the room and are greeted with another horrible sight.
"Oh no." Sabrina cries out. Roz, just like Dorcas, is lying completely still. A statue. "Please just tell me she's not dead." Harvey chokes out. "No. At least we don't think so. The same thing happened to one of my friends, Dorcas." I explain.
"Ambrose is currently doing his research thing to figure out what we can do to reverse the transformation." Sabrina says. "I should have never left her side at the carnival. They're freaks." Harvey says. "Pagans actually." Sabrina says.
"Wait. Does that mean that they're witches?" Harvey asks. "Not quite. They're like witches but they come from a different time." Sabrina explains. "Do they have powers?" Theo asks. "Some, yes." Sabrina says trying to keep up with their questions.
"No matter what they are, they are all dangerous. So we need you to stay here and sit tight. Okay? We'll be back and we can figure this out then." I tell the boys as I grab both of them and bring them in for a hug. "I promise."

Freya's POV
"Okay so that's two people turned into statues now." I huff as Sabrina and I trek through the woods back to the academy. The sun is getting lower and lower in the sky which means that it's getting more and more dangerous to be out.
"We can figure this out. We have too. We go back, talk to Ambrose, save Dorcas and Roz." Sabrina says. "I really hope it's that easy. We have no idea what the pagans are capable of. We know one of them turns people to stone like medusa. We know another made Agatha loose her mine. What if they all can do shit like this?" I say. Talking to Sabrina but also just talking my thoughts out loud.
"We just have to keep moving. Time is running short already. Besides, we have to go check on Nick." Sabrina says. "Are you sure you want to see him like that? He's not himself." I warn. Sabrina waves her hand and so waves away the conversation.
"Your majesty." Lilith says appearing from behind a tree. "Unholy shit!" I scream as I double over and grab my heart. A warning next time might be nice. My heart hurts in my chest, that's how much Lilith just scared the shit out of me.
"You're needed in Hell." Lilith continues, completely ignoring my heart attack. "Now is not a good time." Sabrina says as she keeps walking. I straighten back up and try to catch up with her. No time for recovery I guess.
"The business of Hell doesn't wait for anyone. Not even for a Queen. It's time for the second challenge of the Unholy Regalia." Lilith says. Oh shit. I forgot about that. "The horde awaits you at the academy. Both of you." Lilith says.
"I'm sorry did you just say that academy?"
Turns out Lilith wasn't joking. Within the halls of the academy are the princes of hell, their demon friends, and worst of all: Caliban. Fucking asshole. Oooooh look at me with my pretty blonde hair and toned body. Fuck that guy.
"By infernal law, we hereby declare that the next contest for the Unholy Regalia shall commence. The Morningstar and her challenger, Caliban, must seek and retrieve the second of our most unholy artifacts... Pontius Pilate's bowl." One of the demon princes declares. Students of the academy watch in either horror or amazement. It's hard to tell the difference.
"What do you say, princess? Ready for round two?" Caliban asks as he winks at Sabrina. I swear I gag at his words. Gross much? "Sorry, but I can't. Not right now." Sabrina says defiantly. As if this has ever worked in the past. The demons start yelling as they do when they don't get their way.
"Sabrina, but not accepting the challenge, you threaten the very existence of your coven. Your friends and family. And do you know why? The balance of the cosmos has tipped. The arrival of the pagans. Your coven's loss of power. It's all a direct result of your refusal to claim, absolutely, the throne." Lilith explains. Students from the academy gasp and begin whispering to each other and I try to hide behind my hands.
"Don't you see Sabrina? All of this, suffering, it's your fault." Lilith hisses. Sabrina looks at her, amazed by what she just said. "That's not true." Sabrina whispers. "It is. But, if you recover the Unholy Regalia, you stand a chance of replenishing your weakened coven's energies." Lilith says with a sigh. Clearly annoyed by everything.
"Sabrina, the coven is your alpha and omega right now. So as loathe as I am to agree with Lilith, you must do you duty and win. Not for yourself, but for all of us." Aunt Zelda calls from the crowd. "Go and come back before the pagans arrive." She adds.
"Challenge Accepted." Sabrina declares as she turns back to face the hordes of Hell. The demons all laugh and cheer before they go up in flames, returning them to Hell. Leaving Lilith and the coven standing there in the hall.
"Well this is awkward." I mumble. "Freya!" Sabrina hisses. "Sorry! Just trying to diffuse the tension!"
