Freya's POV

Dorian's Gray Room is filled with tons of witches and warlocks. All of whom are congratulating the cast as they file down the stairs. I've never really been one for parties- but I'd make an exception for this one. Even though I had poisoned a fellow witch, there was still reason to celebrate.

"You were amazing tonight Brina." I call as she wanders through the crowd. She gets stopped every so often by fellow witches to congratulate her, but she eventually makes it over to me. "Thanks Freya. It was beyond terrifying." She says with a small smile. "Fuck being a witch- I guess your true talent is on the stage."

"Yeah right- I could never." She says with a laugh. She looks over my shoulder and her smile turns into a smirk. "You've been spotted." She says with a nod. I turn and see Ambrose smiling down at me from the upper level of Dorian's. And damn does my false god look good. I turn and grab two drinks from a nearby waiter and start heading towards the stairs.

"Yeah no problem. Catch up with you later." Sabrina says sarcastically as I make my way up the stairs towards my super hot warlock boyfriend. I ignore her- there's plenty of people here that want to talk to her. However, I only want to talk to one person right now.

"Well don't you look just amazing." Ambrose says as I meet him at the top of the balcony overlooking the rest of the party. "Guess I had to pull something nice out considering I'm the false god's girlfriend." I say with a smirk. I was no idiot. I had picked this dress to A: fit in with the rest of the crowd and B: so I could impress Ambrose.

"Seriously love, you look stunning

"Seriously love, you look stunning." He says as he places a quick peck on my forehead. "Well thank you. But enough about me," I say holding out a drink to him. "Here's to you and a wonderful performance."I say. "And here's to you- for making me look good up there, even though it isn't that hard to make all this look good." Ambrose says with a smirk as he clinks his glass against mine and takes a sip.

"As much as I'd love to whisk you away, I do believe that there are some people that we need to mingle with." Ambrose says after a moment. I groan playfully. "Do we have too?" I ask. He just smiles and hooks his arm around my waist and leads me back downstairs and into the crowd.

"But if push came to shove- you would have done it right?" Nick asks Sabrina as we walk up behind them. "Done what?" I ask. Sabrina goes to change the subject but Nick beats her to it. "Do what the Dark Lord told her to do. You know, burn down the mortal school." He says with a smile. Excuse me?

"But I didn't. So I guess we'll never know, will we? Either way, it got rid of my Devil's claw on my skin." Sabrina says. I just stare at her so confused. "You were going to burn down Baxter High? What the heaven is a Devil's claw?" I ask.

"Don't worry about it Frey- we will talk about this later. Besides, the claw is gone now." Sabrina says with a sigh. "But not the one on your soul." Dorian says as he walks up with a tray of drinks. "We all have a Devil's Claw. Every single one of us in this room. Your skin may be alablaster perfection but that's only because the claw's inside you now." Dorian says as he hands us each a new drink. I awkwardly take it as if he didn't just say the spookiest shit.

"We didn't order those drinks, Dorian." Nick says as he takes one anyway. "No, these are compliments of the Dark Lord. He wanted me to tell you that he very , much enjoyed the performance tonight." Dorian says with a smile as  he walks away. I look down at the drink and question if I even should touch it. Sent from the Dark Lord?

"I'm not sure how I'm supposed to be feeling right now." Sabrina says looking down at her glass. Right as she finished her sentence, music fills the air and people couple up to start dancing.

"Well, that's our cue to go." Ambrose says. "You guys aren't staying?" Sabrina asks. "Nope. Not really. Dancing isn't really Ambrose's thing." I say as I quickly throw my drink back like a shot, not caring that it burns the back of my throat. "We will meet you back at the house cousin." Ambrose says before handing me his drink so I can quickly slam that one back too.

Ambrose wraps his arm around my waist and starts leading me back towards the stairs. I start to take a left but he quickly pulls me in tighter and leads me towards the right. "Figured we could both use a stroll through town." He tells me.

The rest of the night was full of stories and laughter. The mortals of Greendale looked at us like we were insane. We were roaming the streets at night all dressed up in the chilly air. And honestly I wouldn't have had it any other way.
