I'm here for you (Iida x Reader)

"It's so hot and uncomfortable in here..." You complained as your back slid down the wall.

"That's precisely why I was against this plan." He sighed.

"I didn't tell you to come along. You made that decision yourself." You look at him dead in the eyes.

"Y-you're right, I did, b-but I did advise we do something less risky." He argued, but you weren't having it.

The both of you were already stuck in this annoyingly small storage closet. It was 10pm, no one knew where Iida and you were, and everyone you've tried contacting was sleeping.

"Ugh" Your head fell back against the metal wall.
You thought this plan would work, but it didn't.

Now you'll never get to see her again.

From a decent sized hole in the door you could see and hear your surroundings.

"Wait, " Tenya Iida whispered, "look." He moved his head back so you could see.

"There's what seems to be a group of villains here."

He didn't know the real reason why you were here.

~~~Y/n's pov~~~

I told him I was just spying on something, but it wasn't something I was spying on. It was someone important to me.

My sister. She left a while back, and I finally had a lead on her after lots of searching.

"Do you want to do this, you'll be a villain? After you villain you cannot villaout." A taller figure said to her.

Dont do it. Don't do it. Please don't- I silently beg her, hoping that she could somehow hear me.

She looked at him with determination in her eyes before shaking his hand, "I'm in." An evil smirk spreads across her face, causing my heart to break.

Salty tears being falling down my cheeks, like the raindrops we used to watch race on rainy days when we were little.

"Are you okay?" Tenya's strong hand rested on my shoulder.

I couldn't speak, it hurt too much. Instead of words a squeak came out followed by a series of loud sobs.

He pulled me into his arms, and gave me a hug. I buried my face into his chest and sobbed for hours.

~~~Narrators pov~~~

At first the hug was awkward, but it soon became very warm, and comfortable.

Tenya Iida had never experienced this before, not a hug like this, and not the feelings in his heart.

She finally stopped crying and sat up, "I'm sorry for getting you stuck in this situation, thank you for being here."

At this point she felt much better, but her heart still ached. Now she had left with whoever she was with, and y/n and Iida were left alone.

"It's okay, I understand. You lost someone important to you, I've been through that too...b-but our classmates and the people who care are still here for you...I'm here for you." Iida spoke softly to y/n and patted her shoulder affectionately.

Out of impulse she pulled him closer until their lips locked. She began passionately kissing him. It surprised him, but something felt so right about it so he didn't argue.

They pulled away to give themselves some air, but then pulled each other back into another kiss. After minutes of this happening the finally pulled away with the intention to stop.

It went silent.

"Oh my god, I'm so so so sorry Iida!" Her eyes widened after she realized what she had done.

"Don't apologize, I actually...liked it. No. Y/n, I like you. That's why I came, because I'd do anything for you." He admitted, Tenya Iida's face was glowing red.

"I like you too." The girl looked down avoiding Iida's gaze.

The cramped storage closet fell into a comfortable silence that made both of their hearts flutter. Soon they had fallen asleep on each other.

Y/n's head rested on Iida's broad shoulder his head was supported by her head as he slept.

"Wake up idiots." Bakugou's voice boomed startling you, but not waking up Iida.

"Bakugou?" You asked groggily.

"Lemme seeeee!" Mina pushed Bakugou, Deku, Sero, and anyone blocking the closet door.

"Awwwwwww so cute!!" The pink girl, squeaked as she saw Iida's face now buried in the crook of your neck.

His glasses pressed against your skin, but you didn't care, you were just happy it was him.

"Iida wake up," You gently shook him until he woke up. He looked all cute and disoriented for a second before pulling himself together.

"Thank you for helping us." He stood up, then helped you up.

You two and everyone else headed to the dorm, and once you got there you and him sorted everything out from the night before.

That was then the start of a new relationship.
