Sitting on a old creaky wooden bar stool. I order another whiskey. Throwing back the remaining liquid that remained in your glass you toss your head back. Slightly wincing your arm reaches around to grip your waist where the Titans hand hit you.

"That's definitely going to bruise." You said out loud to nobody in particular. You almost laughed. You could feel the warm familiar sensation creeping up on you as the alcohol mixed with whatever was left in your stomach. You were catching a buzz.

The Captains decided on a local tavern near one of the closer cities to headquarters so we wouldn't have much for a ride back. I think they were preparing for at least half of us to not be able to ride back.

The tavern was dimly lit with oldies playing loudly in the background. For a Thursday night it was awfully busy. You couldn't make it across the bar without bumping shoulders with at least 5 different strangers. It must have been a popular location.

Levi and the Commander sat behind me in a booth in the far corner of the bar. Far but not far enough for me to not feel Levi's hungry eyes burning a hole deep into my head. I never did go see him after the expedition like he ordered me to. I honestly didn't know what I wanted to say yet or how I felt, everything was just so..........raw still.

Honestly I was surprised that he even decided to come out tonight. The night life wasn't really his thing. From what I heard Hange forced him. I honestly just think she wanted to get Kaneki all to herself so she could pick his brain. She had a soft spot for our son. I appreciated her stepping up to help Levi while I was...gone.

"Captain Y/N it's been some time." You feel a warm hand come up to your back. As a bottle of beer appears in front of you. It was Cadet Michaelson.

"It's Cadet now." You give him a playful smile as he takes his seat next you.

"Is that so?" Michaelson says a little to flirtatious. His hand never left the small of my back.

"That is so. Michaelson don't take this the wrong way but why are you here? I thought you were in the Garrison?" Turning slightly to the side to meet his eyes. I can see out of the corner of my eye Levi is beginning to get out of his seat but Erwin stops him.

Taking a big gulp out of your new glass you feel your entire body shiver.

"Actually I transferred a few months ago. I just wanted more I guess." Dropping his hand he uses it to reach underneath your stool and pull you closer.

"Anyways enough about me. Married I see." Michaelson points to my finger.

"Uhhhh...... I ... something like that." Not even knowing where to begin with that mess.

"I assume Captain Levi was quick to snatch you up, I mean I can only assume so. His eyes havent left you all night." Michaelson takes another swig of his beer.

"Yeah... Lev.." you begin to say

"Cadet Michaelson I knew you were stupid but not quite this stupid. Hitting on a married woman are you trying to test my patience tonight?" Levis hand comes underneath my chair pulling it swiftly away from Michaelson causing me to fall back into his chest. Still not removing his grip from my chair.

"Or are you just looking for somebody to put you into the dirt tonight?" Levi brings himself around me to put himself between us.

"No sir, I was just catching up with a old friend that's all." Michaelson timidly answers.

Tch... a old friend?" Levi begins to step forward toward Michaelson but I reach out to grab ahold of his arm.

"Captain Levi, what is it that I can do for you? You must have needed something extremely important to come over here so rudely and interrupt our conversation." Pulling his arm back further to direct his attention to myself.
