Chapter 117/ Levi POV

Levi POV

I was dreaming or at least I was until I felt something hard and small poke my face repeatedly. Still coming to, it took me a second to realize who it was.

"Daddy?" I could hear a little girls whisper. I could barley make out the dark Titan marks below her eyes in the darkness.

Another hard jab to the cheek bone and my hand comes out, catching hers mid stab. Locking around her small frail hand in mine, I have to remind myself she's my daughter and not some bratty cadet.

"Daddy?" Kuchel was standing off to the side of our bed, with a blanket in hand as she continued to try to poke me. Despite me having a good grip on her hand. Her long dark hair pooled around her soft baby face as she stared back at me.

I squeeze my eyes shut before opening them again, looking over at Y/N. The sheet was barley covering her, hanging off her hip as she laid with her back to me asleep.

I reached over grabbing ahold of the sheet to cover her naked body back up. I wasn't much better, I had nothing on besides the sheet that was barley covering my bottom half.

That would have to change, I had forgotten what it was like to have children all over the place.

"Kuch- sweetheart what do you need? It's still night time, you should be asleep." I released her hand, bringing mine up to rub the sleep from my eyes.

"I can't sleep. I think somethings wrong with Maya, she keeps yelling." My eyes shot open. My first thought went to the child, that something was wrong.

"Go back to your room, I'll be there in a second." Excusing her as fast as possible so I was able to put some boxers on, practically stumbling out into the dark hall. I slam into wall after wall as I go, doing my best to locate the source.

I'd need to get my barrings when it came to this house. I had no idea where I was going. Where anything was, it was quite frustrating.

I'd have to make it a point to have Y/N show me around. Hell we both knew how that would go, i would just drive her crazy with rearranging everything to my standards, it was best I just went ahead and did it silently.

I made it to Kaneki's door, bringing the back of my knuckles up to knock quietly. I could hear a whimper come from under the door.

"Kaneki, Maya? Your sister said she heard crying, is everything alright?" I brought my hand up to knock another time. Bringing my ear close to the door. I was becoming worried. Worried for the child and worried for Maya.

Pregnancy complications tend to run amok in this family. I didn't want history to repeat itself with my grand child, I didn't want Kaneki to go through what I did. If something was wrong, we needed to get Maya to a doctor.

"Maya are you alrigh-"

A painful whimper came from underneath the door again. My hand moved before I realized it. Turning the knob on the door and pushing it open.

"May... my god." Eyes bulging at the very sight, I quickly slammed the door shut. Bringing my hand up to cover my mouth, I didn't want her to be embarrassed that I saw her but I was completely shocked.
