Y/N POV

The loud sound of pots and pans being moved around woke me from my sleep. I was exhausted, physically and mentally. Still trying to wrap my head around the past events.

Another loud bang sends my eyes shooting wide open. My hand comes out to search for Levi but the bed was empty. Looking through sleepy eyes I can see he's even fluffed his pillows and placed them nicely back on the bed.

Sitting up, I stretch my hands up and over my head. Allowing the sheets to fall from my naked body. It felt like I had gone 10 rounds with a fighter. I was beyond sore, Levi practically snapped me in half last night.

I grab the sheet that was falling down off my body and wrap it around me before making for the door, I catch a small glimpse of myself in the mirror and have to quickly look away. My hair looked like a birds nest, still to long to manage. I had bite marks all up and down my chest to my stomach. I must have been so tired last night I didn't even realize Levi was leaving them.

I grab the doorknob, pulling the sheet closer before I step out into the hall and out to locate the sound.

Turning the corner to the living room and kitchen I can see Levi and Kaneki. Levi had one hand balancing a pile of plates while he reached up on his tip toes to place the other hand full of pans into a higher cabinet.

"Ridiculous! Kaneki, these are never used! Why are they easier to reach then the items used day to day? This is a mad house, how anyone functions in this place is beyon-

I cleared my throat, allowing Levi a chance to stop digging his own grave. But like always, it went right over his head.

Kaneki was the only one who managed to hear me, spinning around on his heel as he held a few cups in his hand. Levi behind him still rambling on like a old angry man.

"....beyond me, clearly you got this messy trait from your mother's side. I surly had nothing to do with-

Kaneki elbow comes out, stabbing Levi in the ribs to shut him up.

"Dad!" I hear Kaneki whisper to his father through clenched teeth.

Levi turns around to meet my eyes as his face instantly softens.

"I'm disappointed Y/N, even after all the time you spent in the military. This is what you have to show for it? This place is a disorganized mess!" Levi had a small smile tugging at his lips. I knew he was only partially joking.

I crossed the room, tucking the sheet under my armpit as I reached out to grab the pan from Levis hand.

"I told you, not that one." Kaneki whispered to Levi, in a told you so tone.

"What do you think your doing with my favorite pan? Placing it somewhere out of my reach, I see! Listen here!!! I do all the cooking in this house, I know where everything is!" Bringing the pan up, lightly hitting them both on the back of the head with it.

The both winced at the small amount of pain. Bringing their hands up to rub the back of their heads.

"I told you she'd do that! That's her favorite pan, she won't let anyone throw it out. I told you this would only go bad, mom has a way of org-
