"Jean, Connie back up Jason and Anna! I'm going after the other two!" Shooting a hook into a nearby tree I launch myself further into the air in hopes to get a better view as to where Sasha and Veronica could be.
The sound of tree branches snapping as the tree trunks collided with the forest floor directed my attention to my side.
Seeing a giant dirt cloud erupt over the tree tops I'm able to catch the slightest glimpse of a Titans hand coming down in between the trees as I fall back down towards the forest floor.
"Shit, so their over there." Talking to myself. I send a hook to my far left. I allow it to yank my body in the direction of the girls.
Somersaulting through the tree branches I maneuver through the trees with ease.
"Cap!!!!!!!" Sashas scream almost causes my eardrum to erupt.
Looking down at her I notice both of her blades are completely snapped off at the base of her handles. Looking down at her hips I can see she's fresh out of blades.
Flipping just one of my blades to rest the full side back onto my arm . I tighten my fingers around the grip. A familiar feeling I was used to.
Not waisting a second further I launch myself in between the two Titans that Veronica was attempting to take down single handedly.
Allowing gravity to pull my body down I wait til the last second until I'm down in between the legs of one of the Titans. Sending my hook into its ankle I use gas to launch myself forward, dragging my blades through its ankles.
I can hear the sound of the Titan come crashing down as it's leg buckles out from beneath them. Waiting no time I send a hook into the Titan Veronica was battling with.
Allowing the Titans force to yank me upwards into the sky, I detach my anchor from her Titan shooting one into the nape of the Titan I had just been battling with.
Cutting clean through its nape I'm temporarily blinded by the blood that sprays across my face.
Only being able to locate Veronica solely based on hearing alone I find her quickly as a blood curdling scream fills the forest around us.
Bringing my arm up to wipe the blood clean I can see Veronica being crushed slowly in the hands of the Titan as she kicks and screams stabbing its hand repeatedly with her broken blade.
"This shit never seems to fucking fail. It's always the ex's isn't it." Joking to myself I send my hook up to the hand that was squeezing her tight. Severing the hand clean from the arm I watch a blur of green quickly swoop in catching Veronica before she made contact with the forest floor.
"Levi!" I can hear her scream out as she clings to his figure.
"Of course it would be him." Rolling my eyes to myself I remind myself I still have a job to finish. Turing my body mid air I send a hook back into the Titan. Positioning myself to deliver the final blow to its nape.
But Michaelson's comes flying out of the corner of my eye, beating me to it. He cut clean through the Titans nape causing it to fall to the forest floor with a immense amounts of speed. Yanking me down with it in the process.
Pulling my trigger to my anchors to release it I continue to fight with it as it's jammed itself.
"LEVI!!!!!" I can feel the panic shooting through my body as I scream out for him. I was heading to the ground and fast.
Last second my cord breaks free from the flesh. Just as I feel another's body collide with mine. Wrapping their arms around me I immediately wrap my legs around them out of fear. Clinging to them desperately I squeeze tight around their neck.
