Everyone was at the Weasley's when they returned from King Cross station, Remus and Sirius were there, as were Tonks and Kingsley joined of course by Moody. Dumbledore however was nowhere to be seen, travelling people presumed, that was news to the ministry though.

"Meeting." Fred whispered placing a kiss on the girls cheek as they entered the burrow. Sophie nodded before grabbing Ginny's hand and heading up to her room, they were children, not apart of the order yet and weren't invited to the meetings they would have. Not that Sophie was a fan of this but she most certainly didn't feel like arguing against it with the others, not after having not seen them for months.

Harry however didn't give up that easy. "I can help." He said over fifty times but Molly had insisted he not be apart of it yet, Moody barking orders out wasn't a sight for a child. Not about war anyway.

"But please Molly I want to help!" He argued stepping up on the first step behind Ron and Hermione.

"Harry, no." She shook her head ushering her further up the stairs, even Sirius told him now and that was saying something.

The three teeenagers trudged their way past Sophie and Ginny at the top and into Ron's room, Harry slamming the door shut behind him. "He's such a child." Sophie mumbled following Ginny up the last set of stairs.

"He thinks he can help." She shrugged, "better trying than never helping."

"He just makes a big deal out of it, i want to be able to help i do trust me. I know they don't need me and i don't wanna sit around doing nothing but when were old enough. They'll include us and if there's something we need to know I'm sure they'll tell us right?" Sophie ranted sitting down on the spare bed.

"Right."

That's how the days would go nearing Christmas, the order of the Phoenix would all take cover in Molly's kitchen, send the kids upstairs for an hour or two, chat and then leave. And then everyone was forced to act as if the world isn't turning dark again, as if Voldemort isn't rising again but it was getting worse. The dark magic was everywhere these days, Sophie could smell it in the air. She was hundred percent Remus could too but she'd be damned if he spoke to her about it, well voluntarily.

Sophie had also gotten two letters, in a week, from Mason. Them just stating how dim everything was getting around his area and how often his mum would be sneaking out, she hadn't spoken to him about joining the dark lord yet, but that was only a matter of time Voldemort was recruiting every one he could these days even;

"Werewolves." Arthur nodded half way through his conversation with Remus and Sirius. Sophie and Harry were sat playing wizards chess whilst everyone else was getting ready for Christmas, surprisingly Remus hadn't kicked the pair out so the adults could talk.

"They are recruiting them again, and Greyback. He's on his side too, imagine how many they have already." Arthur would go on.

"There's a werewolf we know for certain on his side, they've been spotted together with a woman on multiple occasions, the only description they've given off is it's a male and he's young." Remus explained, "probably around their age." He nodded to Sophie and Harry.

"So there's a chance he's at Hogwarts then?" Sirius said leaning back into the armchair.

"Possibly-"

"-I could help with that." Sophie stood. "Don't you think? I mean surely i could notice someone going missing every month like me, you know and their scent and if they're in the hospital wing, right?"

"Yeah Sophie you probably could." Sirius nodded, keeping his frown on his face. "But-"

"-But it's too dangerous." Remus interrupted. "This werewolf may know who you are if he's been working with Greyback, I want you however to act with extra precaution, they may be a few steps ahead of us and no doubt Greyback will want all the werewolves he can get, including you."

"But what about you?" She asked sitting on the arm of the chair Sirius was on. "Will he not want to recruit you? I mean he turned you himself right wouldn't that mean something?"

"Yeah, and it does." He nodded, face full of worry. "But i made it clear years ago that I had no desire joining his side. Soph your new, he will feed off that. You don't know everything about this and what you are."

"So tell me." She pleaded. "Stop keeping things from me Remus, if i'm in danger i deserve to know."

"That's something we don't know though is it." Arthur said getting everyone to look at him, confusion building on the tension in the room. "Well i mean we don't do we? If this boy isn't at Hogwarts then he's not much of a threat to Sophie, not until you've left anyway. Your safe at school that's the best way to put it."

"Yeah but what if he is."

"We will work that out."

"You do understand that I will search for him when i go back." She crossed her arms over, "your stupid if you think that i won't do anything about it."

"You'll stop hanging out with Draco too if that's putting you in danger." Harry said suddenly. "If a male werewolf has been seen with Greyback and there's a chance he goes to our school then there's also a chance that Draco is friendly with them."

"For heaven's sake Harry!" Sophie yelled standing up now. "Stop. I will not stop speaking to people because you have silly assumptions so what if he's a death eater, not all of them are bad! Ask the stupid portraits for god's sake."

"Portraits?" Arthur asked.

"Sophie speks to a portrait at school, friends aren't you?" He said turning to his sister. "All because he tells you little stories about everyone when they were little, because he knew Remus and Sirius and Mum and Dad, because you know nothing about them!"

"Oh my god you are sure a child!" Sophie boomed crossing over towards the kitchen. "Maybe that is the reason, maybe I like to hear about what it was like at school then because I struggle believe it or not! It most certainly doesn't help that every time i bloody see my own brother he tells me to go talk to Neville or someone." She grunted, "love knowing you care."

"What does she mean not all death eaters are bad? The bloody hell has that portrait been telling her, and how does it know us?" Sirius asked watching as the girl marched up the stairs, not looking back once.

"Who's Regulus?" Harry asked.

Sirius froze for a second, his eyebrows knitted together as he looked across at his godson. Regulus? Why has Regulus been mentioned?

"Harry-"

"Regulus Black." Sirius interrupted Remus as he began to talk. "Regulus Black is my brother, and he was a death eater. I don't know what that portrait has been telling her but he wasn't good, keep her away from that picture."

"It knows she's a werewolf as well." Harry added ignoring the comment to keep her away. "She told me that he followed her through the school saying she reminded him of someone because she was being all moody." He said looking back and forth at the couple sat ahead of him. "He knew you were a werewolf Remus, and he knew she was as well."

"Harry, keep her away from that portrait."
