"Hey, Demon," Jason walked into the Batcave, looking around as if he were searching for something. Finally, he turned to his youngest brother, who sat in front of the computer, "You seen Dick today?"

Damian scowled at the screen, "Not since he left on his date yesterday evening."

Jason cocked an eyebrow, "Again? What is this? The tenth this month?"

Damian's glare hardened, "Twelfth."

At this, Jason almost looked amused. "Good for Dickie-bird— finally putting himself out there. God knows it took long enough. Wally's been dead three years, for fuck's sake."

Damian turned his death-glare from the computer to his older brother, "It's not good, Todd. Grayson has a duty to us here and he can't properly preform that when he's off with whatever man or women he met that day."

Jason crossed his arms almost protectively, "Look, Demon, I know you're just a little kid-"

"I'm thirteen."

"Whatever," Jason growled. "It isn't cool to say shit like that about your brothers. He gets to have a life too, y'know. And if going out and stripping for a new person every night is what he wants to do, we don't have any place to judge. God knows we have our own vices."

Damian scoffed, "Speak for yourself, Todd."

Jason exhaled sharply and raised his eyebrows quizzically at his younger brother, "Don't even pretend like you're some perfect, little angel. We both know that's the furthest thing from the truth."

Damian crossed his arms, "At least I'm not whoring myself out and ignoring my responsibilities to my family."

"...is that really what you think?" a voice from the doorway asked softly, slightly slurred and far-away.

Both Jason and Damian whirled around to see Dick standing there, hair tousled and the weight of exhaustion pulling at his eyes. He looked hurt, glancing between his two younger brothers like they'd betrayed him. His movements were slow and sluggish, looking as though he'd been out partying all night.

"Dick, don't listen to him. He doesn't know what he's-"

"I know exactly what I'm saying and I meant every word of it. Grayson, you've neglected your role to this family— not to mention the various sexually transmitted diseases you could potentially be bringing into this house."

Dick bit his bottom lip, glancing off to the side for the briefest moment. When he finally did look back, his brothers thought perhaps they could see the ghost of tears in his sapphire eyes. "I'm really sorry to hear you feel that way, Damian." He took a soft, almost inaudible trembling breath, "You guys and Tim don't deserve to have me leaving the way I do. From now on, I'll be here every night— I promise. No more dates."

Jason stepped forward, "You don't have to do that, Dickie-"

"Yes, I do," Dick stated, voice suddenly changing to something scarily void of emotion. "It's my job as your brother to be here when you need me and I've been neglecting that duty."
