We stopped in a random parking lot, where I saw nothing and he got out and went over to my side of the jeep. "So it was pretty much sexual harassment and you haven't told anyone." "Well if he backs off then I'm not going to get him arrested, kay?" I said.

Nolan nodded and then opened the door for me. I unbuckled my seat belt and got out. He pulled a basket from the back of the jeep.

He put his arm around me and we walked. "So what is this place?" I asked him. "The only place that's worthy enough for you to see. Let's go." He said.

He pulled my into the woods and I was so confused. "Dude, come on where are you bringing me?" "Lony." He said and stopped.

"Just shut up, and follow." He said smiling at me. "Finee." I said. A few minutes later I started seeing sunlight through all the trees. We finally got to the place.

"I've never really brought anyone here. I always have gone here alone, it's like a little escape place for me. I'm not sure if anyone else knows this place but, for right now, it's somewhere only we know." He said.

It was a little area. Where the sand looked bleached and the water was literally see through. "It's like part of the beach that was cut off and I found it while I was out boating by myself." Nolan said.

He took a picnic blanket and placed it on the ground. I sat on it and he sat next to me. "So Noly, how's been the eight years here?" I asked. "Well what do you wanna know?" He asked me. "Everything, relationships, best friends, neighbors, ect." I said while laying back.

"For your information, I've only had three girlfriends." He said with a smiling. "For your information, Zack is my first literal boyfriend." I said smiling.

"Well life's been good here. It was weird moving away from you cause you were my only friend. And when I got here, it's like I'm always going from one group of friends, to another." He said.

I stood up and took my converse off, then my shorts, then my muscle tee. "Well now your one and only best friend is standing right in front of you, and I am going for a swim." Nolan took his shirt off, ran to me, picked me up and threw me into the water.

"ASSHOLE." I yelled while pulling him under the water. I then ran around in the water and he chased me down.

He grabbed a hold of my arm and he pulled me into a hug. "Boy, it sure is good to have your best friend back in your life."

"Agreed." I said smiling. "I need to show you something." He said. He pulled me out of the water and he brought me back into the woods and about six yards away from our things, there was a cool tree house.

"I also found this tree house, it's cool right, and look, there's a tire swing." He said.

"DUDE, IT SWINGS OVER THE OCEAN." I said laughing. "Hell yeah." I ran down the stairs and went onto the swing. "Lony, it might not be safe." "Nolan, if this breaks, I fall into the ocean."

He nodded and I started swinging. He came over and started pushing me. When I was high enough, I jumped off of the swing into the ocean.

I swam back to our site and Nolan followed. I swam under the water and wet my hair. "Hey Lony, I brought some food, let's go eat." He said.

We walked out of the water and sat on the blanket. And he pulled out a Ceasar salad for me and a sandwich for him. "I can't believe you still remember my favorite meal." I said laughing.

"You ordered it where ever we went and when ever we went out." Nolan said handing it to me.

I pulled out my camera and started to take pictures. "AND look at you, still haven't lost your passion for photography." He said.

I turned to him a took a picture. He covered the lens and laughed. "Lony you know I hate getting a pic taken of me."

"Yeah, right." I said laughing.

"So what do you wanna talk about?" He asked. "I'm not sure, I'm still tryna take in the fact that my best friend that I've been apart from for eight years is sitting right next to me. Like you've freaking grown a lot." I said. Nolan looked at me with a half smile.

"Yeah, I was fat back then and now I have a six pack." He said laughing. "Yeah that sure is a huge difference." I said laughing.

"But look at you, you've changed too. You've gotten thinner, your hair's brighter, smiles wider and whiter. But your maturity has not changed at all." He said smiling at me. "Dude I missed us hanging out." I said.

"You have no idea, how many tears I've shed just in that one plane ride from New York to here."

"I'm glad I moved here. I'm not glad that most of my things burned down and I lost my family, but at least I have an amazing family to live with and I have my best friend with me again." I said smiling at him.

He swung his arm around my shoulder and I leaned up against him. "It's good to have you back."

"Lony, this is somewhere only we know. You need to promise to not tell anyone about this place. If anything goes wrong in your life and you need somewhere to go. Come here. Don't run away. And when your calm you could come home, or you could call me to pick you up. Alright?"

I looked at him and smiled. "Pinkie promise?" I asked him. "Pinkie promise." He said.

We wrapped out pinkies together and started to laugh.
