"GOOD GAME EVERYONE!" I yelled. We won by 8. "I'll see you all tomorrow, a bus should be picking you up at about 5:30-5:40!" Coach yelled.
We walked to my jeep and got in. "So how was your game as co coach?" Nolan asked. "Literally amazing." I said and laughed. "Hey so, Nolan. When should we go and pack. For me?" "How about we go to my house, I freshen up and change then we go."
I nodded. When we got to Nolan's house he quickly took a shower, changed and ran down stairs and we drove to the orphanage.
When I walked in with Nolan everyone looked at me. I was holding in my tears and ran upstairs and Nolan talked to them for a little.
I took my black book bag and my tie dye suit case. I went into my closet. "At least it's summer in New York." I said with a smile.
I started to pack clothes into my suitcase. Nolan then walked in and sat on the bed. "Oh and pack a fancy dress because after the tournament there's usually like a fancy dinner for all players and coaches. I have to wear a tux." He said.
"Suckssss." I said. "Oh and a bathing suit because we go to the lake every year." "Aight." I threw in two bathing suits.
I put in other clothes I want to wear. "I need more clothes." I complained. "Wanna go shopping after we leave here?" Nolan asked. I nodded. I took the album Nolan gave me of my family and shoved it into my bookbag.
I threw in my makeup, shampoo, and all my fresheners and stuff. I scanned my room thinking if I needed anything else. "Alright so I'm wearing my converse, my heels are in my luggage, along with my flip flops, towel, clothes, all my electronics are in my bookbag. And I'm ready." I said smiling.
"Alright, well let's go." He said smiling. I took my sunglasses and walked out my room, shut the lights and shut the door.
Nolan carried my suitcase down and I followed. Everyone stared at me. "Avalon, where are you going?" Derek asked. "Well, you guys wanted me to leave, so I'm leaving. I'm giving you a few days. And I'll come back when I want to." I said.
"Avalon come on, you're our sister." Morgan said. "Well you didn't think that earlier did you..." They looked down. "Tell Zack that I'll be gone and him and Margo can hook up whenever they want to in my room."
Derek was about to say something then stopped. I rolled my eyes and walked outside and Nolan followed with my suitcase. We got into my jeep and drove to the mall.
"So where do you want to bring me?" I asked. "There's a cool store on the fourth floor. It's the only store I know that sells clothes that you may like." He said laughing.
"Well alright." We walked up to the store and walked in. A worker instantly greeted us and this place was huge. "What do you wanna buy?" He asked. "Um I have no clue let's just walk around." I said. As we walked around I grabbed clothes.
When we got to the graphic tee tank top area I stopped and looked around. I took some and walked to the dressing room, Nolan sat out in front of the room.
I changed into a tank top with a floral pattern. I walked out and posed. "How's this one?" I asked.
"Why do you like floral patterns so much?" He asked me and smiled. "I'm not actually sure." I said and laughed. "Well yeah, it looked nice."
"Lying?" I asked him. "Truthing, you look beautiful." He said. "Stop getting all mushy." I said laughing. I walked back into the dressing room and heard Nolan talking to someone.
I sorta listened as I changed into the pink sundress that I picked up.
"Girlfriend?" The guy asked Nolan. "'Nah, best friend. Same thing when it comes to shopping though." Nolan replied.
I shook my head. Ugh, guys. "Seems like she's your girlfriend." The guy said. "What do you mean?" Nolan asked the guy.
"Come on dude, I saw the way you looked at her. I heard the way you called her beautiful."
I was about to walk out then stopped when I heard the guy say that. "Really?" Nolan asked. "Yeah dude, you're falling for this chick. Like I fell for that one." It suddenly went quiet and I walked out of the dressing room in the sundress.
"What do you think?" I asked. The two of them looked at me. "You look like a pig." I gave him a look. "But a cute pig." Nolan said laughing.
"So buy? Or no?" I asked. "Long I hope you know I'm going to say you look amazing in all of the clothes you try on." I laughed and walked into the dressing room.
I changed into one last muscle tee that had the quote. "Bitch I'm too fabulous." Which was an inside joke of Nolan and I.
I walked out and Nolan wasn't there. I looked around and didn't see him. I was going to ask that guy who he was talking to but he wasn't there either. I went back into the dressing room. I took a few other things and tried them on.
I then changed into my clothes and took the clothes that I was going to pay for. I went to the cashier and gave her the clothes and the money.
She gave me the bags and I stepped out if the store and looked around for Nolan. I took out my phone and I was about to call him, but as I looked up from my phone, I saw him across the mall.
He was standing there waving at me with a bouquet of roses in his hand. I shook my head and smiled. I started to walk and so did he and we met in the middle.
"These are for you." He said handing me the flowers. "What do you want from me?" I asked him and smiled.
"Nothing, I just wanted to give you something." He took the bags of clothes and held them in his hand.
I held the roses and he swung his arm around me. "Ready for the trip tomorrow?" He asked me. "Hell yeah."
We went home and as soon as we did, I packed the clothes into my suitcase.
I laid down on his bed and Nolan plopped down next to me. "I'm tired." I complained. "Then sleep." "Alight."
