Trigger warning: This book contains some physical and mental abuse in a romantic relationship. It will only be for the first act with it being mentioned in the rest. To clarify, Kol is not the abuser and Lydia's relationship with Kol is not the abusive relationship.

For people who have already read this fic: As you may recall, I often asked people for their help when it came to writing the story if I was stuck on a decision. If you already read the book and are fine with me asking you something feel free to comment here and let me know (you don't have to obviously and you don't have to comment even if you want to because I'd still make a post asking for help anyways).

In terms of ratings, it is about the same as the Vampire Diaries.

There is something I would like to address. As I mentioned above, there is abuse in this story. Please do NOT comment anything disrespectful towards the main character in this regard because it can be hurtful to those who have experienced it. For example, when I last published this books, I would get comments saying that Lydia is stupid, dumb, etc Because she is with someone who doesn't treat her right. While Lydia is a fictional character, there are real people who have similar experiences and can be hurt by your words.
