Wow. Jack told me he loves me, and I told him that I love him. Wow. He continues to kiss me, until we hear someone enter the kitchen. It's just some random person, who immediately walks out when he sees us. Jack brushes the hair out of my face then kisses me again.

The next person who walks in is not some random person though. It's Leo. "Woah, what's going on?"

Jack stares at him but doesn't say anything. Leo stares at the scene in more detail, then he says, "Jack, is she drunk?"

Jack stutters, "Well, um."

I interrupt, "I'm fine Leo." I may not be completely sober, but the yeast has helped a lot. I at least know where I am and my middle name.

Leo stares a little longer before saying, "Maybe we should leave."

Jack says, "It's still early, but that's fine."

Leo says, "Yeah, well um, dude, is she drunk?"

Jack walks closer to Leo, thinking I wouldn't be able to hear them, but I can hear them clear as day. "I would never take advantage of her Leo. She's not completely sober, but she knows what is going on."

Leo says, "Sorry if that's hard to believe since this morning she could barely say a whole sentence to you."

Jack pauses. "Maybe the drinks helped, but she didn't say anything that she didn't mean."

Leo sighs, "Okay Jack. I'm taking her home."

Jack says, "It's fine, I can get her. Go get Kendall." They make some intense eye contact for a while, until Leo starts to back away. "I'll be right back," he says to me as he exits the kitchen.

As Jack walks back over to me, I say, "I'm not drunk Jack. Maybe tipsy, tops." I just want him to know that he isn't doing anything wrong. He nods as he helps me off the counter.

Then he walks me outside. We say goodbye to some people, then we go down the sidewalk to get to Kendall's car. It is dark and cold outside but it's walkable.

While I am walking, I notice that I am not stumbling at all. I hope Jack notices too. That yeast really does help, dang.

We get to the car quickly, so we just stand outside of it. Kendall must still be inside. As we stand there, I look him directly in the eyes. I say, "Jack," then I walk forward in a straight line, "I'm not drunk, and I'm telling you that I love you."

Jack stares at me. I walk closer to him, looking directly in his eyes. How much more can I convince him?

Out of nowhere, he pulls me into a kiss then says, "I love you too." Then he kisses me, until Kendall and Leo get to the car. Leo definitely saw, but I don't know think Kendall did. She sees pretty drunk herself.

"How much did she drink?" Jack asks, as we help her into the passenger seat.

"I don't know, clearly a lot," Leo answers.

Jack stares him down, "Maybe if you had paid more attention to your own girlfriend instead of worrying about Wendorf, then-," he stops himself. Leo walks away, to the other side of the car. He gets into the seat behind the driver's seat and keeps his head down. He looks really mad.

Jack opens the door behind Kendall's and says, "You good here?"

I nod then get in. Then Jack walks around to the driver's seat. He drives us back to our house. It is a short drive, although that might be because I keep drifting in and out of sleep.

Jack and Leo help Kendall out of the car, but when she stands up on her own, Leo says, "I got her." Jack let's go and let's Leo walk her to the front door. I get out of the car and walk beside Jack.
