In between episodes, we heard a knock at the door. We all called 'not it' for who has to stand up and get the door but I stood up with a sigh and walked over to the door. I have accepted defeat.

It was Leo Stone. His eyes widen as he sees me, "MC?" I am just as confused as he is.

I smile, "Hey Leo, uh..." my voice trails off as I look at everyone on the couch. Kendall quickly stands up and says, "Leo! I completely forgot you were coming." She stands between me and Leo, "I totally forgot to tell you, I am dating Leo."

I smile as I am uncertain of how else to react. I have such a weird feeling in my stomach on hearing that. "Wow, that's cool." It definitely comes out awkwardly, but I'm hoping that it's not too weird.

Leo smiles at me awkwardly too. Kendall says to Leo, "MC just got back in town. She is staying for the summer." I feel like I could have explained that myself.

Leo nods, "Good to see you again MC."

I utter the proper response to that then return to my spot on the couch. I'm done with the awkwardness for now.

Jack stares at me with a smirk as we wait for Leo and Kendall to sit down on the couch so we can unpause the show. I whisper, "I thought Leo didn't date."

Jack smirks already making me uncomfortable. "He does now. Don't worry though, some of us have stood strong on our no dating policy." I scoff. Same old Jack.

We continue watching the show until Prescott says, "We have a reservation at 6, so we should probably be getting ready." It is 5:15 right now. I ask, "A reservation for what?" Prescott says, "Dinner. Mom and dad told us to go somewhere fancy since you are finally home. We are going to Benihana by the way." We all get up and go our separate ways.

Well, the boys do. I walk with Kendall to her room, which is downstairs and consult on what type of fancy we are going for. Leo stays on the couch because he already got ready. The boys said they were doing very fancy- trousers and a buttoned up shirt, so we should match them.

"What about dresses?" I ask. Kendall opens her closet door and scans her dress options. She picks one out and turns it around. It is a short black dress with thin straps. Kendall says, "I'll wear a cardigan with it." I nod and say, "I'm going to go upstairs and get ready. See you in a bit."

Then I climb up the stairs to my room. I pick out a long sleeved dark green dress from Princess Polly. It is pretty short but the loose ruffles at the end sort of help.

I get ready as much as I am willing while the guys wait for me. I wasn't willing to do much.

I walk downstairs where Jack and Prescott are waiting. Jack didn't seem to do much to himself either, but his hair looks slightly less messy. I think what really makes him look different is his dressy outfit. It makes him look much more put together.

A few minutes later, Kendall comes out. She looks much more put together than me. Every thing about her looks flawless, not a single hair out of place or wrinkle on her clothes.

Kendall shouts, "Let's go!" as everyone started walking out of the front doors. We decide to take Leo's car since he has one of those big GMCs.

The restaurant is a fairly short drive. We all pile out and make our way to our table. Some other people from our school are there; I guess this is a new hang out spot. I feel a lot of stares as we walk in, but I don't mind it. Only because I would stare at someone who just got back from boarding school too.
