You stayed in Lady Dimitrescu's arms, looking around you. She must've been so distraught by her actions that it really tore her up. Hearing her give quiet sobs after forgiving her, you cupped her cheek and gave a smile. "You didn't mean to hurt me. You were just angry. Plus, it's just a broken arm and a few scratches, I'll be fine." You reassured her, feeling her lift you up. You felt her nuzzle into your neck, drinking in your scent. Bringing you to your shared room, you saw your clothes littered everywhere on the bed. There were no bags, but many of your shirts were on pillows and on stuffed animals. "I can put these away." You offered, but instead she called in a maid.

I only have a broken arm and a few stitches, I'm not shattered.

You were placed on Lady Dimitrescu's lap at her vanity, sitting and watching her apply her lipstick and fix her hair. She also looked at you while in the mirror, giving you a kiss on the cheek and watching you blush. "You can't wipe away my kiss." She ordered, smiling. "If you do, I'll double the kisses each time." Oh, quite the threat. You managed to turn and face her, grinning. "And what will the girls say?" You ask, tilting your head. Giving a cocky look, she pulled out what you were meant to be hiding. The engagement ring. You looked up at her, giving an awkward grin. "You were going to propose?" She asked, setting you onto her vanity. "I wanted to wait a while. It's gonna be our one year anniversary in a couple of months and you know, give it a while until you hint at it so I know you want to get married." You took the ring, hiding it in your pocket. You looked back up, exploring her expression. She was shocked, but somewhere was happiness.

Soon composing herself, she gave a soft nod and gently placed you on the ground. "We need to get back to work. There was an order of 400 cases to sell and we need to package it up." She grinned, then sighed. "Thank the Lord there was enough produced by the vineyards." You looked up at her, giving a small nod. "I have no idea what you're talking about but I think I understand."
