You could hear and see commotion, then you were being moved. You squirmed, hearing a familiar voice. "Stop squirming!" It was Angie. You tried to wrap your head around what was happening, but the lack of information made it hard to understand. You did know one thing however, Alcina is nearby. Just as you felt a soft carriage seat, there was a loud gutteral howl of pain in the distance. You turned your head to face the noise, squirming again and feeling for your prosthetic leg. You had put a pair of lock picks in the secret compartment when packing bags, just in case anyone forgot the keys to the cottage.
"Please don't do this." You whipped around, facing the voice. "No, Donna. I'm fucking doing this." You snapped, then felt your leg be taken away. "I can't let you do this." You felt anger bristle through you, thrashing around and slamming the lock against the carriage interior. "(Y/N)! Please!" Donna's voice pleaded, then the lock broke. You managed to unhook the lock from the chains, wriggling them off and reaching for your blindfold. You took off your blindfold, looking for a way out of the carriage. "You can't leave. I'm not letting you." Donna calmly explained. You felt your body freeze up, blood boiling with rage.
You did this.
You turned to face Donna, rage building up. "Alcina is going to kick your ass." You growled out, kicking out the window.
You're going to pay.
Just as the window shattered, you saw a hand reach in, grabbing Donna by the throat. Angie looked up, to which you threw her out the window and reached for your prosthetic leg, watching Donna be pulled out of the carriage.
You ran out the other door, seeing a bloodied, scarred, and absolutely frenzied Alcina. Her dress was ripped in many places and her hair out of place. You could feel love swell in your chest as the moonlight graced her features. She looked like a monster, but to you, she was your knight in shining armor, or shining blood in this case. You could hear Donna struggling, watching her wriggle in Alcina's grip. Then, her wriggling stopped with a crunching snap. You watched as Alcina threw her to the ground, then carried her by her leg.
You're so beautiful even when you're covered in blood.
It didn't take you a heartbeat to run into Alcina's arms, it took you faster than a millisecond to rush forward, clinging to her bloodied form lovingly. She smelled like wood, blood, and death, but that didn't matter. All that mattered was that Alcina was here. You heard Alcina drop her body, then you were quickly picked up. Wrapping your arms around her neck and clinging to her, you could feel Alcina bury her face within your neck and shoulders, her tears dappling against your skin. "I thought I lost you." Alcina whimpered softly. You pressed kisses to her neck and shoulders, legs now wrapped around her. "You'll never lose me." You whispered, feeling her put a hand under you to support you as she picked Donna's body back up, making her way out the way she came in.
It took about an hour to get back to the road, picking her hat up along the way. The ground was littered with hundreds of dead lycans, seeing the massive body of a vârcolac along the way. Alcina managed to get to the castle just as the sun began to barely crest over the horizon, you still clinging to her. She was dragging her feet by this time, tired and worn out. Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela came into the foyer, helping Alcina get to her room. You had to have been fast asleep by now, soaking up Alcina's touch.
When you woke up, you were in Alcina's arms. She had been bandaged up, her wounds needing to take extra time due to the extent of her injuries. You looked up at her, her expression in her sleep being that of frustration and peace. You gave her a kiss, seeing her eyes flutter open after. "You're awake." She mumbled, smiling. You nuzzled your face into her neck, hearing her give a breathy laugh. "Thank you." You whispered, kissing her neck. "Thank you for saving me."
You were immediately rolled onto the bed, Alcina just above you. She looked like a goddess in this light, the soft golden rays of the sun caressing her features, her golden eyes like the sun itself. She had a soft expression, like a puppy begging for a treat. You cupped her face, bringing her close. You could feel her fangs press against your lips as you kissed her, feeling them past hers. Wrapping your arms around her neck, you pulled her deeper into the kiss as she leaned against you more. "I love you, Alcina." You whimpered as Alcina pulled from the kiss, kissing and nibbling your jaw. "I love you so much." She whispered, making you giggle as she found a ticklish spot. You could feel her smile against your skin as she kissed the spot again. Then, the fun ended as the door opened. The girls stood in the doorway, Cassandra immediately breaking down in tears and running to the bed. She jumped up, hugging the both of you. "Thank goodness you're both safe." She whimpered.
